I have used my hdfc cc (416317xxxxxx327) for a temporary hotel deposit while checking in a hotel in us (The reservation charges for this booking were already paid).

The amount has been released by the hotel without any deduction, however in my hdfc cc account, the amount is still shown as "outstanding authorization amount". The total amount is inr 41872.84.

    Hey my self akanksha diwan from chhattisgarh
    I got a call from arvind nd tarun sharma nd rahul sharma and sonu kumar and pooja verma to provide a job to me from hdfc bank branch raipur they took money from me fristly 2000 then 5500 then 37800 then 42000 then 25000 then 12000 and last 62000 from me for providing a job in hdfc bank raipur branch i filled to complain to u for cauthing them on time and referring /refunding my amount

If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee / charges / payment to them.

      Dear sir

      I am anukul chandra having a hdfc credit card no [protected] which was expired last year on may 2018 and then i have requested for another card but i did not get that card due to the address issue, as i made this card through the office address, and then i left that company and now i am working in goa.

      So i have visited the branches of the hdfc bank also here in goa but they are refusing to do so and saying that i have to go again to delhi to close this credit card account details.

      And i have clear all the due amount against this card but still, i am getting the bills on every billing cycle after not using the card also.

      Kidly help me closing this credit card

        While travelling from chithradurga to bangalore i passed by 4 tolls and money was deducted from my fastag wallet accurately.. After reaching my destination and 3 hours later.. An sms from hdfc bank stating that 200 rs has been deducted due to adjustment entry.. But my vehicle was in the home.. Remaining balance was 105 rs and how can 200 rs be deducted?.. And now my fastag wallet is showing 0 rs.. I want the responsible persons to solve this issue..

          I've applied for credit card in HDFC 2 weeks back.

          Today i received a message that "We have completed processing your HDFCBank CreditCard App 19G[protected]E1. For details please visit http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track after 2 days."

          But when i track it online it shows you application has been declined.

          Kindly check and revert earliest.

            My wife ramya narayanan is facing harassment from branch people and her reporting manager. As we are financially not stable they are targeting her alone. Making her sit up-to 9pm. From there she has to travel 30kms. Even she is not well, they are not allowing her to take permission. As a part of harassment they have extended her probation period. We are recently married, she took her leave for 10 days during marriage. Please punish the culprit and do the needful. If this continues i will loose my wife soon. They have threatened her she will loose the job. There are no one help us in this regards

              It is to bring to your notice that i dis a transcation on dt. 13.07.2019 of an amount of rs. 13110/- for rajdhani electricity bill payment through the app mobikwik, but the same was not successful and the screenshot of the unsuccessful transaction is also attached alongwith the screenshot of the hdfc sms in which the amount of rs. 13110/- was debited from my credit card. A complaint regarding this is also lodged through the hdfc customer care on dt. 14.07.2019, 15.07.2019 and 21.07.2019 respectively in addition to that a transaction ofa the amount of rs. 159/- was done on dt. 15.07.2019 through my credit card which was not done by me and a complaint regarding the same is also registered through hdfc custromer care by me on dt. 15.07.2017. Screenshot of duly filled hdfc transaction dispute form is also attached for your reference. Please take the remedial action at the earliest without causing any further inconvenience as so many days had already been passed.

                  I have taken a car loan through hdfc bank, loan account no. 51310420, loan sanction amount was rs. 315, 000/- out of that total emi amount due 34, 331.51 only. I already informed that collection agent that i will pay these balance emi within 10th of august as full n final settlement.

                  But all of a sudden on 20/july/2019, i got a phone call from the mobile number [protected], the person said his name "mr. Arun kr das, advocate on behalf of the bank" said me that they have filed a case against me and threatening over phone that he will come my home, will seize my car and send me in jail.

                  Whether i didn't get any legal notice prior from the bank.

                  For this situation me and my family very afraid and prayer for resolved this issue.

                      Due to my late father surviving with cancer diagnosed i was unable to pay the amount of credit card.

                      They are calling my number approx 8 to 10 time in a day.
                      Still i'm interested to pay a lump sum amount to rupees 50000 to the bank and requesting them to issue noc to clear my civil but they are on that.
                      Today are asking my address to see me at my house.
                      Dear sir, please look into the matter they are destroying my image and harassing me & my family my wife got very scared by taking the actual amount and finish all the things.                           Hey, i am an nre customer with hdfc bank for the past 5 years now. I am fed up with the slow customer service here. Since the day i’ve landed in india, i’m unable to use my debit card. No transaction is going through, neither is my card working in the atm, nor can i transfer any funds. I’m helpless

                          I’ve applied for an address change, so that i can receive a new debit card, where i currently stay in mumbai. But this process is also taking ages. I’ve submitted all the documents that were asked at the hdfc branch in thakur village, near thakur college, mumbai

                          Today is the 12th day, let alone my debit card, the address has still not been updated in the records.
                          Once the address is updated from your end, only then can i apply for a debit card, i seriously don’t understand why is this process taking so long.

                          Such kind of slackness is causing me a lot of problems, as i can neither use my funds nor do i have any money.

                          I write, to express my grief, that’s because of this snail like process i’m suffering.
                          Today is the 12th day, since i’ve come to india and submitted the documents and there is no update from your side. Everyday, i check my net banking for the address change update, but unfortunately it never gets changed.
                          I literally have no money on my hands right now, and today i really regret relying solely on hdfc bank

                          After all this, i applied for an instant debit card for which i will be again charged. Because i don't have nay money on me..

                          If the address change would have been done well in time, i would have applied for the debit card and would have got it well within time.

                          I thi k this is the trick that hdfc bank is playing to fleece their customers into getting money from them..

                          Such pathetic services is totally unacceptable from a bank like hdfc bank.

                            It has been more than 3 months and my hdfc cash back of 5 percent on rs 134000 payment made on booking through yatra is still pending.
                            Yatra guys are saying that it is hdfc bank responsibility for the cashback.
                            Please let me if now if their is any chance of my cashback or all the hdfc cashback offers are fraud.

                              Hi hdfc bank,

                              This is to inform you that on 03th july one fraud call received from health care india[protected]/[protected] rs, 25998/- inr has been deducted from my hdfc credit account. Kindly help me to get my money back. I have blocked my credit card. Now bill generated on 19th july and this amount reflect in my credit card bill due to the fraud transaction which has happened.

                              I called net banking customer care and have blocked it my credit card ending 7039 & dispute form already submitted to hdfc bank as per said customer care email id.
                              Kindly help me & revert on priority.

                                  Hdfc credit card representative came to my house, filled the forms and gave me a confirmation that i will get my credit card within 7 days. Post that there was no email. I got a call from a sales team person who needed some details. Post that day, he hasn't picked up my calls. After 15 days had passed, i got a message that they have completed processing the card, i went online and put my application number and it said declined. I need to know the reason for this decline, because i have been waiting since 15 days and i need to know why this reason wasn't told to me while applying for the card.
                                  The other sales man whose contact i have, sound under confident and its almost like they themselves don't know the procedures.
                                  Pathetic service. Staff not trained properly.

                                    What are these charges? I want it to be reversed..

                                    2. I always used to pay the minimum balance due. It was never made clear that minimum balance due will attract interest. This is a very deceptive manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear that minimum due will only ensure that penal charges arent levied but interest is. The high-interest rate itself is a charge.

                                    How can such deceptive practice be carried out? I want these charges reversed.

                                      Could someone help me out lyk m having debt of 25000 of my credit card i want to settle that payment... Because bank has already taken more than this money from me... As late payment charges every month... How can i get rid out of this.

                                      This is getting so deficult for me to pay the amount... This is totally a fraud... I want to settle the same.

                                      We wish to inform that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.                                         Hadfc life helpline said its fraudulent call made to get money from me as they had asked me to pay inr 100000.00 for 2 more years to complete 3 years of policy so that its activated.
