    My salary account has been blocked with provide enough time and also without reaching me through call or email. I just received this message and account blocked.

    Its my salary account and this kind of service.
    I went to nearest branch but no help. / Contacted RM she clearly denied for help ( though they call 100 times to offer loan)
    Can someone help me here on urgent basis and guide me how I can unblock this account through visiting nearest branch.

      I have submitted my online application for credit card with the help of bank executive through mobile phone.I have applied 6 times yet but still I didn't receive my card.Every time when I reapply, the executive promise that I will receive the card by that chance..Now i m tired of HDFC online scam calls and thier fake advertising and marketing issue.

        Informing me that I have no outstanding debts or penalty fees to cover. However, I'd like to know why my savings account had over Rs.700 deducted without my knowledge.         I recently applied for a used car loan with HDFC Bank Ankleshwar branch, all my paper work and credit scores etc. Was in order, but the officer dealing with my case was insisting for documents which was not required or compulsory for the loan,

        Like he had made up his mind not to proceed with my loan, he made me run one place to other asking for useless papers. And finally he said he is confused so the loan is rejected.

        This kind of people are dangerous to society and companies they work for.

          I have received a response from the bank stating that there is an outstanding charges related to AMB charges on your account to be recovered..

          kindly tell me for how many months you have charged that much amount and am just a new customer to HDFC bank

            Since 7 months hdfc bank is deducting amount from my account without any notification to me and almost 2500 rs has benn deducted like 708rs, 708rs etc.. for this "amb chrg incl gst from Aug 2022 to till Mar 2022 to till Sep2022 on only current month.

            I want my money back. When bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me.

            No communication at all regarding these charges.

                  Hi, I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is six time when bank deducted (531+354+531+177+531+177) rupees respectively (Total=2301) this "amb chrg incl gst for march, april, june, july, aug 2022-mir[protected]" i don't know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this.
                  I want my money back. This is six time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is made on 29 Sep 2022 (six transaction on same date and I didn't get any message or warning regarding this.
                  As my salary is started crediting to this account from the month of June then why such deduction is happening.
                  MY CUSTOMER ID is 39857757.

                        Hi, I have two main issues:

                        1. Transaction email alerts which I have no idea about - I have not been in India since 2009. Transaction say debit card has been used - I never have had a debit card and no idea which branch account this is referring to.

                        2. I keep on receiving statements and I have no access to online banking and never received info about it

                        I wonder why the account has not been made dormant despite not being used???

                        So HDFC need to re-instate all the money that has been taken if the email alerts I have been sent are true

                          Hi,

                          I recently made a purchase on amazon.in, I had paid via credit card and opted for EMI. I had to cancel the order after some time.

                          I got the email regarding EASYEMI AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE even though i have cancelled the order and from my card statement i can see amount credited. But I can see a credit transaction with AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS description also.

                              Really very worst service by hdfc bank and seriously I will sue you people in consumer court because with out sending any proper information about amount deduction in my account I kept money for my son treatment u people deducted money now he was in serious position and now also I dont have money to pay hospital fee also really hdfc people are stupids a d I dont have any word to tell u people really blady fellow really you people cannot understand relationship you people running a bank and your no1 in the world really not no1 really u people are "0" .you people have only interest to collect money only in this lockdown time we didn't receive salary also I took this money from others for interest for hospital but u deducted money from account with out permissions how dare to deduct money from account my salary account not map with loan account.The amount settled for 5200 and I received call on 21st of March 2020 I requested them give time for 2days after that lockdown.On that time also blady fellows speaking as their wish and used unused language and I wrote mail also regarding that.

                              I have 1 small doubt really u people know relationship between customers and bank.

                              I thought that u people have interest collecting money in from customers and I have to close the account also and I never step in to hdfc bank my total family will do suisaid and i will keep vedios on social media and i will teach a lesson to u people.

                              1)As per RBI Rules with out info should not deduct any money
                              2)U people really stupids because now also showing -11700 in my account
                              3)Really u people have commonsense give my money back and if possible give 2 emis I will pay in 2 months
                              4)I wont leave my money to any one and when I am taking loan no one told to me about cheques bounce charges
                              5)when I am taking loan on that time ur executives not telling all just begging for signature only
                              6)I have "N"number of options in the market ur executives only insist for taking loan
                              7)Finally I want my money back which deducted from my account 14132+1100+560 in a 10days why I am giving 10days u people only have "Corona"

                              Shameless fellow really in hdfc bank how you people deducted money from account in lockdown time

                                My account got blocked by saying negative CPV.
                                Last month 17th Aug i received a letter of address update and I took the letter to the bank. They informed that once you receive the letter, there won't be any problem.
                                But i account got blocked 1 week back. Bank person has informed as negative CPV and they initiated the address verification and it's completed and I received the letter on confirmation on last friday[protected]. But my account is not unblocked yet. It's my salary account and salary will be credited on[protected].
                                Please rectify the issue as soon as possible ?

                                  I am a student from IIT Madras recently we got a mail saying that we can get free credit card Diners Club Millenia International card without any annual charges and many other benefits only for iitm students and many o[censored]s employeed and later we got to know that Annual fee will get waivered only if we spend 1 lakh, They didnt specify proper terms and conditions to us. One person from hdfc bank called me and told about this annual fee instead of accepting that there is no such offer she blamed me for responding late where as whenever she called i picked and sent necessary documents whichever are required(i have proof of call logs and whatsapp chat) after blaming me she asked if should process your application for other card for which also i have spend 50k to get annual fee waiver so i told her that i will ask my family and get back to her, today when i called and told her to not process my application she was like i already processed it, without my permission how can someone process it and she started blaming me for that as well when i asked her name and branch so that i can raise a complaint against her she refused to say and she was like i will right away cancel your application, but i was deeply dissatisfied with the treatment that she gave me she lied, she blamed and she talked very rudely. Not only this regarding the free credit card offer 10000 students in our iitm realised that this offer given by hdfc is a fraud, just for the sake of sales please do not send such fraud mails and the bank people who call us treat us like beggars and behave rudely. It is the worst experinece i have had from hdfc bank. ( The employee number is [protected])

                                    i have a salery account with HDFC Bank. I have sufficient balance in my account. I have been charged ACH debit return charges of 531 second time. I have called customer care and they told me that this amount is deducted due to paymrnt bounce. i have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds.
                                    Pleaee help me resolve this issue. I will close my account if t is not returned to me. Pleaee i request to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                      Hdfc bank has put on hold an amount of Rs.217 by mi revenue hold through gefu for no reason or may be misleading. I have already emailed them for this issue bit haven't get any response from them.
                                      I request you to take initiative steps for refund my money. In this current crisis situation me and my family are are in no income stage, we don't have that economical condition for paying such unknown amount without getting any information about it.
