    I am not recollecting ipin which i set a day before yesterday by using otp in mobile and mail option. And at that time i got otp on both.
    But now i am not getting it over my mail. And i am at present outside of india and even forgot the pin of my debit card as not used for month (Which i need to reset also now i feel)

    So need support badly to settle this urgently.

      I got a call from tbe number+[protected] on sept 23rd 2018 asking if i require credit card. I said yes and they asked for the below document by mesaage document required for hdfc
      1. Aadhar card copy
      2. Pan card copy, below sign
      3. Passport size photo 1
      4. Company id card copy
      5.2 months salary slip copy
      6. 2 months bank account statement copy
      7. Electric bill
      From the same number and asked me to send the copy tto the email id credit. [protected]@gmail.com. I sent the documnet on 27th sept 2018 at 6pm. Then i realised it is fake as they stopped receiving my calls.
      How will i protect my document privacy from them. How will any one believe in hdfc bank now.

            Dear team,

            This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. An amount of rs 885.00 rs has been debited on 12th sep 2018 from my salary account for 18th aug'18 transaction
            Eaw-416021xxxxxx6997-cecn6131-hazaribagh" -1000 rs withdrwal., mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges aug[protected].

            Kindly let me know why this huge amount has been deducted from my account without intimating me. This is really quite frustrating. Kindly refund my money back asap. Otherwise i would have to go elsewhere to some other bank.

                  I had applied for credit card in hdfc bank ambala cantt nicholson road branch. There i met shivam sablok who was very hospitable at the time of application but has been rude after that. First of all i told him the address i would be available at despite that he put another address giving logic of commutable distance. Ambala and haridwar are almost equally far from noida but he entered my haridwar address despite my disapproval for verification. When i called him to resolve my case he told he can't do anything and do whatever you want. He told that call whomever and gave his senior's number. After that i wrote a mail to hdfc to sort my case and as suggested by them i submitted my declaration form to lakshay makhija in same branch who oversees credit card. It has been 9 days but i haven't received one response. When i asked lakshay he told to call shivam on 28th sep. When i called him he said i don't know and why are you bothering me. Despite his rude behavior on earlier two instances i didn't report but now he is using his position to restrict my application by inaction. Kindly help.

                  You are not getting the point. I have given my declaration form as per your instructions to Lakshay Makhija on 19th sep when I asked him about the status he told me to ask Shivam Sablok who in turn told me why are you bothering me. I don't know whether my declaration form has reached the right address or not and moreover your employees are talking rudely over phone saying what can I do why are you bothering me.

                      My name is kundan kumar. I am customer of your bank from last 6 years. On 26 september 18 i was received a call from hdfc banker name was soumya chokrawarty regarding personal loan. She was offered of rs.50000/- personal loan on 12.5% interest. After her confirmation i was uploaded documents in link who was provided by her.

                      But now when i called to soumya, a manager has pick the call and he saying your loan is rejected due to your salary is not in loan creteria.

                      Sir i request you kindly tell me if on rs.16627/- salary is not in 50000 loan creteria than why bankers had uploaded my documents for loan.

                      Kindly take action on priority basis. I am waiting your response.

                              Hope you are doing well.!

                              this is my first complaint regarding hdfc bank sir .
                              I would like to inform you that it’s more than 3 year since I left Practo technologies pvt. Ltd. . I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. And i am not happy or satisfied in charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.
                              Once i get contact in branch and they ensure me tht it will be closed within next 4 working days. But after 1 year when i visit to hdfc branch to open a new salary account again then they told me that my account was now closed that time and now its negative balance is around 14000/-so i request you to please wave off my negativie balancce sothat i cn again open my salary account in hdfc. Bcoz its branch staff mistake they did not close acount after my notice so please do some needful.

                                      I was applied home loan on 1st august and now sep month on going.
                                      I was received approved sms on 17th september, but i don't get any information about my loan file no. And when my loan money will be receive. Please help me my work is stopped and my labor is not working and stay the work, i am very frustrated due to delayed. I am trying to call hdfc helpline but they have no reply.

                                        Hi, my sister took a loan from hdfc bank they gave a complimentary credit card from the bank. Now they have sent a bill of 4000/- saying that the outstanding. Whereas my sister never saw and used that credit card. When we check in the bank they are saying you to raise a complaint about it and no one from the bank is helping my sister. Please do look into this issue. I have attached a letter from the bank they have sent my sister.
