hdfc edc paper roll

We have a credit card swipe machine (Edc m/c) at our petrol pump (R. O) with tid no. 44064100. We are doing business of 2 lakhs with the machine. We almost require 2 paper rolls per day for the transactions to print. We requested 3 times to the hdfc support but we din’t get the rolls. We want 60 rolls. If still this continue we may be forced to stop the usage of edc m/c.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 9696 without my concern on date:14/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and GIVE ME this refund debited amount of Rs.1399/-

    I had purchased an iPad on the 27th of April, 2018 from Croma store at Juhu. I purchased it with my HDFC bank Debit card. It was under a scheme of 1, 500/- cashback to be credited within 90 days of purchase. However, I am yet to receive any cashback for the same. It’s been way more than 90 days now.

    Also, I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on which a cashback of 2, 500 was to be received within 90 days. That purchase was made on 2nd Feb., 2018. No resolution to the above complaints from HDFC, Reliance and Croma customer care teams.

      I had done a imps transfer of inr 20000 from my hdfc bank account to beneficiary bank of baroda account a/c num: [protected] on 1st oct 2018 but i received a message that transaction has been timed out.
      Imps reference number is[protected].
      Its been 4 days and i have called up 3-4 times to hdfc call centre number but no resolution has been taken.
      Kindly resolve the issue and transfer the money either to my account or beneficiary account.

      The said transaction is a timed out transaction and same will be settled offline by the beneficiary bank. Please liaise with the beneficiary bank for a further status of funds.         I have one salary accout in HDFC BANK, Millers Road, Bangalore. Account have bren opened 2 months back but cannot do any money transfer transactions from that account. Called customer care several times, they were not providing any help, aftet all this battle today they are telling me if i have to activate online transfer i must have to go to branch and i have to give a written application for that, all my credit card bills getting hampered, I can’t even use my own money.             Dear sir,

            After requesting by hdfc personnel of govind nagar branch, kanpur. I was applied for a credit card with authenticated documents given to representative.

            After regular call at this mobile numbers [protected] with mr. Mohsin who is credit card incharge sitting at lucknow but seeing irresponsible person because most of the time he keep his mobile out of range or off.

            No. Of times i called to another lucknow no.[protected] and [protected] but they are not able to tell us about the status.

            No. Of mails i have send but still unable to get status of my credit card application no. Cc38706819 was applied on 05/09/2018.

            Feel regret to complain. While i am hdfc home loan customer.

              My account has been falsely deducted by around Rs 900, as debit card charges. And the bank had committed that no such charges would be debited.

                I just want to know that as per my statement of my bank. I saw that my ₹177 is deducted from my saving account that 3rd party tax. Its my humble request that please see into this process. As we have saving account and not an salary account that you are cutting charges. Please look into this process.

                  Hdfc bank being the worst bank in india as i have seen. Please donot open any account nor take credit cards.
                  My credit card was charge with 5600 rupees for one assist plan which i was not interested. As of now i have not purchased even for single rupee with the card. But the bank people are suggesting me to pay money or else cibil score will be affected.
                  Iam planning to file a case against the bank in district forum as my brother suggested.

                    My credit card was issued one year back by the bank and i could not use the same for several reasons but one fine day all of a sudden one person called me and said me to pay 1200/- and i immediately asked why but their answer was irrelevant saying some plan by name one assist. I replied iam not interested with the plan and dont activate the same but after an year one of the customer care executive called me and saying you have done certain settlement and have to pay rs 5600/-.
                    I enquired this with many of my freinds and their reply was very shocking that hdfc bank people they introduce new plans and for them we should payy the money and its been usual for them.
                    They suggested me to not pay the money as you are not cheating them in any manner by taking certain items or so.
                    So i suggest no one to open any bank account with hdfc nor take credit card.

                        On september 29th 2018, i ordered food from swiggy and the same day i cancelled my order and i did not get the money back. I asked the swiggy people and they asked to refer the bank. There are two transactions done with my hdfc debit card. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                        A sum of inr 613 and inr 129 is to be refunded by the bank for the cancellation of the food.

                        I have ordered in swiggy on July 10th and Payment was done through Google pay and money got debited but after that got msg that payment was not completed but in t
                        Google pay money got debited and deducted money will be returned in 3 to 4 business days but I didn't get back any refund and for the order in the swiggy I had paid again through debit card Option and then the payment was successful and order was delivered
                        I guess u will do the needful

                        If you are getting wasted our money why did you keep the Google pay option in swiggy as payment method

                                In the account balance the deficit is more than 4000 and there is no record of it in the Account statement...

                                How many time do I need to complaint and there is no resolution of solving this...

                                  With due regards I am Anil Kumar a personal loan borrower from HDFC bank, waiting for the resolution of my complaint which was registered on 20 June 2018 from the first stage or step. First of all I would like to pay your kind attention on the facts of my complaint.

                                  In the month of Sept.2017 a representative (Sales Officer) from HDFC bank visited my work place. I was in need of a personal loan So, I submitted the required documents in this regard. As per my salary details the HDFC representative (Sales Officer) advised me to fill the special form (called Gold Customer loan form used for 10 lakh and above amount) at the interest rate 11.49 %.But on 27 Sep. after the bank proceedings, I got the message that 900000 rupees loan is approved as per my submitted details but interest rate was not mentioned there in the message (Sanding screenshot of the message).So, I talked to the representative (Sales Officer) of HDFC bank .He assured me to solve the matter at both level (Loan amount which would be 10 lacks or more and interest rate which should be clearly mentioned 11.49 but not mentioned any rate). After some days he told me to submit the two cheques and my both problems are solved by him but after some days I was surprised to get the message that my loan amount was still 900000 and interest rate will be 13.50 %. I talked to the representative (Sales Officer) but all in vain.

                                  So, I decided to freeze my bank account services in which HDFC bank was going to credit the loan amount at the interest rate 13.50%. But the same representative (Sales Officer) again visited my work place and gave the assurance of loan manager telephonically Hissar(HDFC Main Branch) Branch that after the payment of 3 installments my loan amount must be increased and interest rate will be reduced to 11.49%. So, I didn’t freeze my account.

                                  After the payment of 3 installments I approached the HDFC representative (Sales Officer) and submitted the documents again with the hike of 6000 rupees in my salary than my previous salary. But at that time he (Sales Officer) told me that loan manager is changed and according to New manager there is not rule of reducing the loan interest rate at the payment of 3 installments . But the New Loan Manager assured me to pay at least 5-6 installments and my problem must be solved 100 %. But after the payment of 6 installments I again submitted my documents for some extra loan amount and to decrease the interest rate. After the bank process I got the message that loan with interest rate of 14.75% and amount 1200000 rupees in total . I was shocked because the interest rate in much higher than before. I talked to the HDFC representative and loan manager almost for one month but all in vain.

                                  But I was shocked by loan manager telephonically that he is not able to solve my problem. But the way of talking of the loan manager was not customer friendly(Audio file attached). My complaint’s History with HDFC

                                  I have no option so that a registered a complaint on hdfc Complaint portal on dated 20 June 2018 vide reference number HBL[protected]. After a few days a got an email having wording that my Complaint is resolved by Hdfc for that I visited the branch but nothing was happened because interest rate was not decreased. In the said Email a contact number is given to know the status of my complaint. So, I contacted Ms Upasana, she told me that she had sent the report that customer(Anil Kumar) have been cheated by the HDFC representative (Sales Officer) and loan manager by supplying wrong information . But when I ask about the solution of my complaint she said what you want from HDFC as a solution of your complaint. I simply told her that I want that HDFC will keep his promise by treating the interest 11.49% from starting on my personal loan and an action against the employees who did the fake promises to me. She advised me to send a mail in this regard. I sent that. But no response I got..

                                  It was almost 13 days of my complaint but no positive solution for me .So, I proceeded the second step of my matter and registered a Grievance on dated 03/07/2018 having no HBL=[protected] but I did not get any response for HDFC till 12 july, I sent my complaint to the Nodal Officer having Complaint number HBL[protected] .But from 21 july they are just sending that they need 3 more days ( this is happened 3 times, attached the screenshot).

                                  After a few days I connected to the HDFC helpline number and I was shocked to know that the officer Ms.Upasana remarked on my complaint that audio files and other documents I have provided are of after the loan approval but same officer telephonically told me that I have been cheated by the hdfc representative (Sales Officer) and loan manager and same remark is forwarded to the higher authority (attaching the audio files in this regard).From that time I came to the conclusion that HDFC might solve my problem at its end. Anyhow still in wrote an email to the Principal Nodal officer of HDFC Bank on dated 05 August 2018 but till date nothing was happened. After that I forwarded my complaint to RBI with a hope that you will do the justice and I have already emailed this on Aug 28, 2018, 2:19 PM at [protected]@rbi.org.in .As a result they(HDFC) issued a complaint number this time as well having no.(HBL=[protected] but nothing favorable for me. On dated 16 Sept. 2018 I again complaint to RBI Lokpal through online Portal. Now waiting for the solution for supreme authority of the Banks.

The loan agreement is a formal and legal record of the terms/conditions which have been accepted by you and by executing the agreement digitally you are deemed to have accepted the same and bound yourself to repay the loan in the manner indicated above.                                       Hi.
                                      My name is hiranmay kanungo. On 1st october 2018, i had 13000 in my account. I paid my credit card bill of 5150. After that my available balance was shown as 2900 and ledger balance was 8000. Is that amount which is showing in ledger balance be withdrawn? How do i recover the extra 5150 which is not there in available balance. Its been 2 days.
