credit card application status - "no record found"

Recently i have applied for hdfc freedom credit card online. The very same day i have received a text message informing me me that my credit card application number has been approved and the card will reach to me in 3 working days. But the problem is that i tried to check the application status online through "https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track" - it shows there is no record found. And today i got a text message to create...

Dear,

First of all, i received a message a week ago for 2546 and i made the payment of 3000 on 6 june 18.

Today dated 13 june 18, your team has reached my old house and started asking question of my whereabouts with my landlord, who is a very nice guy and he do not have to do anything with my acc.

Why are you doing this and how are you authorize to do that.

I have the payment made as per your msg and now you are wanting for full payment and i will pay it but in due time. When i have paid the minimum due you cannot harass me to pay the full amount.

Please stop this madness before its too late and i leave your product.

      I bought a new google pixel 2 phone with my hdfc bank debit card with 8000rs as cashback offer on jan 6th 2018. It is now june and i have still not received the cashback. The debit card swipe machine slip clearly states that i am eligible for 8000rs cashback within 90 days and it has been more than 5 months now.

      I have made more than 15 calls to my relationship manager and also raised a grievance at hdfc website. Each time i talk to them they propose a date for cashback and post that date a new one is given.

      Is hdfc really scamming people with these cashback offers?

        Due to glitch in hdfc life payment, i was not able to make premium payment. Number of emails sent to hdfc on this.

        With a great difficultly i was able to make the payment. Later i got to know, policy has been elapsed. With interest + penalty i was asked to pay rs 415. Inspite of knowing this was due to hdfc life that this amount was due. I decide to make the payment. I am now being told that i need to submit medical.

        I am an nri. I visited hdfc life branch when i was in india. I specially asked if anythign else is required to revive the policy, but i was said, no medical is required since only 3-4 months have passed.

        I have since then sent so many emails. The customer care is like robots, they keep on sending the same email again and again.

        I have decided to cancel the policy.

          Ridiculous in emi debit:
          I’ve already made the last emi on 31-may-2018 and for june month emi cleared on 04th of june 2018.

          Till now, no one called to update my emi amount in the database.

          I’m not sure this manger or team working consciously, they blindly redeposited in to my account and amount got debited.

          I will cancel my ecs with hdfc bank for this personal loan if i didn’t get any clarification for this redeposit.

              I opened a ppf account through net banking at hdfc bank branch at pipli, kurukshetra, haryana. But this account is showing anna nagar as the branch name which i hadn't opted while opening this ppf account. As kurukshetra is my permanent address. So, you are kindly requested to rectify and change to pipli (1716) kurukshetra, haryana. It will be so nice of you....

              I have hdfc credit card and on that i have add-on card also. I raised the request to activate my add-on card on 14th may. Since then its not activated. I am tired calling hdfc bank customer care n number of times but same reply it will get activated in 1 hour or 2 days or 4 hours but nothing till now. I escalated this to higher management also. He gave me reason regarding my documents and that was also sorted out. He was personally following this. After that he called me 3-4 time and said that card has been activated. I tired but no result. And till now its not activated. And now he is not talking to me at all. Every time i tried to contact him he asks his executive to inform me that he will call me in sometime but he doesn't.

              Kindly help me here.

                  I am a tcs employee and i have lost my hdfc bank food card on 11th of june, 2018 in my office and i was unable to find it. Could you please block my food card and provide me a new food card. Also i had balance of rs.770 in my lost card.                         I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1900/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                          I am saddened by such irresponsible behavior by hdfc credit card deptt. Hdfc ho issued letter to the bank to waive off charges wrongly charged to my credit card ending 4977 with registered mob no[protected] but it is more then a year now no action was then by hdfc staff and no one is picking up the call when i called on [protected]/02

When i called it was said my money has been refunded. But i dint get any notification. When i called my bank they said they have credited my money to my account.                                     I was transferring some funds from my hdfc savings account to union bank savings account through imps ref no:[protected]
                                    Amount was debited but i got an sms: "fund transfer declined due to technical issue at the benificiary bank end".
                                    Transaction status is showing as: host (Cbs) offline/issuer node offline.
                                    Its been a lot of time since this happened and i have not received any refund yet.
