Hi, i had opened my salary account on 4/5th may2018, my two months salary also credited in this account, customer id[protected] but till date my account was not properly updated by bank, ellaipillaichavady branch, pondicherry. I had came twice directly and complained but still my debit card blocked and am unable to do transaction in online. Very bad service. Need reply.

    I was withdraw 6000 from my nearest HDFC ATM and i got 2 cracked 2000 note but bank did not change my money, and they say man from atm company changed my note, they did not helped me anyway

      I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 545964xxxxxx2225 without my authorization on date: 08/06/2018.

      I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

        From past two months i sent mails like this...

        I want to close my hdfc account number: [protected] and user id: 57159680 branch: kondapur, my aircel number is not working and this hdfc account is attached to that aircel number. I'm not getting any information about my hdfc account and recently i got married and i quit the job and now i'm leaving in bangalore, so i cant come there to close my hdfc account. So could you please close my account asap because if i'm not maintaining any amount in hdfc account then you people will charge some amount that's why please close my account. I have hdfc credit card so that is enough for me. Could you help me with this issue and asap please close my account. From past two months i sent many mails and i called to customer care number [protected]. But there is no response, plz close my account asap.

        To close your account held with HDFC Bank, please submit the account closure form (available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center> Personal Banking) along-with Extended KYC annexure ( available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center > Personal Banking > Extended KYC Annexure ) at any of our nearest Bank branches. Please visit the following link for address of our branches and ATMs https://www.hdfcbank.com/branch-atm-locator Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder incase he holds more than a single product with the Bank. By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For ex : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc. You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form. This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed.           My name is saju joseph, my one assist relationship no. 1016054 and credit card no is xxxx xxxx xxxx 6262. I have been asking hdfc one assist plan to be deactivated from my hdfc card since past one year.

          This plan automatically gets activated even after telling them to call and inform me before reactivating the plan. Since past year i have been asking them to deactivate the plan, but they fail to do so. This time also they have charged 1399 to my credit card without my consent. The plan got activated on 05.06.2018 without my knowledge, upon inquiry the customer support staff say they have send an email which i have never received.

          I want the plan to be deactivated immediately and the amount refunded to my account at the earliest.

            Hello,
            I m akash deep, customer of hdfc bank.
            I have my account in hdfc sandila branch.
            On 06/062018 timing 01:43
            I paid entrance examination fee of king george medical college. But somehow transaction got failed and i got notification that fee was nt submitted as my transaction was declined. Yet at same time i recieved this sms.

            { thanks for paying rs.2, 011.80 from a/c xxxx5635 to ebskinggeorgesmedica via netbanking.}

            As my trasaction was declined so why amount got deducted n still its nt have been refunded.
            Please look into my case and refund my money as soon as possible.

              Hi,
              This complaint is regarding HDFC Bank credit card [protected]. I have made the balance payment of 39856 against my card on 6th June through cheque (HDFC 000007) as asked by HDFC Bank employee Vaishakha.

              It has been close to a week since I made the payment and I am still waiting for the NOC from HDFC Bank.

              As per discussion with Vaishakha one o will make the payment I have to send the screenshot of my bank account from which cheque will be cleared . As per the conversation my cheque was cleared on 6th June from my hdfc savings account and the very same day I have replied to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with the screenshot and account statement of my hdfc bank, but till date I have not received the NOC. There is only one way communication from my side. There is no response from HDFC Bank except an auto reply that we will get back to you in 4 days. Everytime I call HDFC bank and they say that my card is 6 years old card and data is archived so they cannot check if they have received the payment or not. I told them that my cheque is already cleared and the amount is with HDFC Bank now. Now please send the NOC as I have a home loan amount waiting for the disbursal and bank is having condition of NOC to disburse the amount.

              Because of NOC and no response from hdfc things are getting delayed and my builder has started levying interest of 18% on 2686000 loan amount.

              I ma getting penalised for no response from HDFC BANK even after making the complete payment. I have no dues left.

              I will make HDFC Bank responsible for the interest being charged on me by the builder and will make the bank pay that interest amount as it is their problem if their system has issues because I have made the payment and now 39856 rupees are with HDFC bank and I have also given them the proof.

              So please help me out in getting the NOC on immediate basis.

              I am also attaching the supporting documents for reference.

                    I have raised a complaint related to my pending transaction (Upi) of 13 april 2018. That case was resolved but from that day i am getting continuous calls related to the same. I have told every time not to call again as case was resolved but they called and gave missed calls.                         I am not able to pay my missed emi of jumbo loan

                        I took a jumbo loan from hdfc bank on 20th april 2018 and i missed my emi payment for this month i. E. 07-jun-18, now i want to pay my emi but there is no option available in netbanking. Please tell me how can i pay my emi now. Also i am not able to see any details of this loan on my netbanking. Netbanking shows no loans linked to my account. How can i link this loan with my netbanking?...

                          Today i was tried to cheat with the direct or indirect help from hdfc bank agent. I got 2 sms with an alert thet my atm debit card was blocked due to security issue and was requested to contact to the following numbers ([protected]) for new pin based card. I sm using old swipe only card. So i directly ringed my prime banker tarifa khatun ([protected]) to ask the card issue. At first she told today is 2nd saturday. Then she herself called me and confirmed that all the cards were blocked due to security issue and suggested me to contact customer care for unblocking. Assuring the issue is genuine i contacted to the number [protected] mentioned in the sms. The receiver told her name arati saxena (Emp id asaa92). She confirmed my phone number and asked for the physical details. When i enquired why she is asking the details she told that we always share these physical details at the time of shopping and she was not asking for debit card pin. Then she told a pin was sent to my number for unblocking. But i did not get any sms. She disconnected the call. I got an ivr sms call. Again she contact ed me and told that that password had expired. This time i got a sms in a hurry i just shared the otp without seeing the entire message. She disconnected the call. Later when i check the entire message its shaying rs 8656 rs debited from my account by www.eshopcore.com. luckily i dont have enough balance. But i didn't get any message from hdfc bank explaining transaction declined or transaction failure. There is no such www.eshopcore.com site. But i want to know if my card was blocked as told by the hdfc prime banker tarifa khatun how this transaction took place? Why did prime banker help them sharing wrong information in cheating me. Please look into the issue.

                            I have not given any mandate and neither my agent explained about this???
                            All i have signed-up for is emi which gets deducted every month end...
                            The mandate amount is nearly 6 times the actual monthly emi...

                              Myself swetha kothari holding credit card in your bank having below issue (D. O. B-10/11/1987)

                              Pls find my below my hdfc credit card in this 4 year payment done so far & my card is blocked tied in getting new card & just getting bank alarming calls for over dues.
                              My cibil is zero due to this reason not able to get eligible with any loan process, its just my starting carrier need to achieve & success in my life (31 year old)
                              I m really in very bad financial position & cant continue with emi charges against card which is not in active status.
                              Pls do the needful to check below bank amt transaction to your bank,
                              Kindly help me to check & settle the card to you back with noc or give solution how to get rid off this issue.

                              Kindly note all my 3 credit card ending with 9311/5712/6214 is blocked in status no card is reissued even after repeatedly request to the bank

                                I had purchased a refrigerator from bajaj electronics jubilee hills hyderabad on 10 feb 2018. I availed 6 month no cost emi using hdfc bank debit card and was supposed to get 5% cashback on consumer durable/electronic goods as per the then offer using hdfc bank credit/debit cards.

                                Cashback was supposed to be credited in 90 days.
                                I had purchased on 10 feb 2018
                                First emi was debited from my account on 5 march 2018

                                It has been more than 90 days but no cashback was credited to my bank account.
                                On enquiring with the merchant they keep on saying that you will get it next month, there are delays some time.

                                I wanted to know what is the issue here, when will i receive the cashback (Its past the 90 days already). I don't want to keep on asking the merchant and bank for something which should be done automatically by now as per the service merchant and bank is obliged to provide.

                                  Hdfc bank promised to give cashback of rs 10000/- within 90days on iphone x on hdfc debit card loan and in the bill receipt also it's clearly mentioned the same.

                                  Now it's been more than 6months. I have not yet received the cashback and hdfc support team is not responding to my query promptly.

                                  Each time i raise a query they ask for 5days with a new complaint id and after that no resolution is being provided by bank.

                                  In the bill also it's clearly mentioned the same. Now it's been around 6months but i have not yet received the cashback,

                                  Each time i call them they ask for 5days of time with a new complaint number but after 5days there will be of no solution to my complaint.

                                  Now i feel like getting cheated from hdfc on this aspect. I have not idea how to complain on this aspect so, i am raising a concern here.

                                    I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have again auto deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card for one assist mfee.

                                    Last year also, i requested to cancel to your representative but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it is again repeated and auto renewed without my approval or even not intimation.

                                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.
