My name is vani. I'm a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of june 2 times amb charges are debited - on 08 june 2018 on the same day two times rs 708.00 & 531.00 was deducted. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. So i am requesting you to refund all this amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure & i will do compliant against this to rbi or consumer forum. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved.

    Purchased a product worth 35576 rs through debut card emi on 15 may, but after a day got cancelled the product and seller is successfully transfered the money into my account, but last day hdfc bank had deducted my first emi of 4222 rs, when i contacted the bank they didn't gave me any response, please solve my issue as soon as possible

      My name is sundeep, amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice. This is really unfair. Why would the bank charge something without prior notice or explaining the user what this is for. I have not signed up for any speciality functions from my account. Please refund my amount. This amount has now been charged for the month of may and not sure if this would ever stop.

        My credit card account was incorrectly billed annual fee and gst was charged over it. Annual fee was reversed when i contacted bank but they are denying to reverse gst which was billed on the annual fee. How can a tax be still legitimate when the original charge is non existent? When i said them that i use the emails as proof to file complaints in consumer forum, they have stopped responding to my emails as well. My cell no. Is [protected]. How can i get this reversed and get compensation for the mental harassment.

          I am the customer of your esteemed bank holding account number- [protected] in sector-11 Panchkula’s branch.

          A fixed deposit amounting to ₹100000 was made by me on[protected]. This FD was recently renewed on[protected]. I tried liquidating this fixed deposit through net banking but was unable to do so as it showed an alert message stating that a lien exists on it. As per my knowledge, there was a credit card (Credit card number [protected])issued on this FD but it was neither used by me nor it’s PIN was generated. Also, I made a request to cancel the same in my home branch.

          Today[protected], I contacted my home branch to resolve this issue but unfortunately they were not able to provide an apt solution.

          I hereby request you to liquidate my fixed deposit as soon as possible as I am in urgent need of money.

            Dear sir i would like to inform you that my account was salary but now it has converted into savings account. Recently i had a talk with bank employee they said maintain minimum account of 10000 i did it. But on 6th and 7th july my 3000 rs has deducted. I dont know why it happen really this account is very unofficial cheating to its customer. I recommend to every one never ever keep the hdfc bank account because they are cheater. Any way i am closing the account i dont want the money let them take it that is the alms to the beggary bank.

              I applied for hdfc credit card and my card application was approved and i got a message saying that your card has been dispatched and will be delivered within three working days, but even after five days when i did not get my card i mailed to hdfc complaint id and next day i got response via email that your card has been returned undelivered for reason "wrong pincode".

                  I want Reason for Rejection as it will low my CIBIL.

                    I have completed 15 months with HDFC bank by payiny personal loan. Now I would like to do Balance Transfer from Tata Capital to HDFC Bank and after all this bank is now telling me to pay the foreclosure charges 22, 000/- I have been paying all my dues on time without missing out. Im not in a position to pay any charges. The person who gave me the loan from the bank name - Pavan Dubey and Reshma are not answering to my calls or not replying to any messages. I would like to waive off the charges. My EMI is already been taken out today and now bank is not excepting my BT cheque. Plz resolve this at its earliest.

                      I have opted for balance transfer from HDFC Bank, Bank has asked for all the documents & have taken my signature, upon asking for followup they are niether sharing details nor they are telling anything correctly. Calling them multiple times, waiting for updates from past 15 days is not helping getting the case moved to next level.

                      Have requested them to withdraw my application, but they are asking for money everytime, have asked for the procedures, but no one is responding.

                      I want to request if one of the consumer officer can contact me & can reply to my query I will help them with complete details. I want to lodge complaint against bank & employee.& Want to appeal for severe punishment.

                        Hi Team, My Salary account was created in HDFC bank in my first company. Later i moved to another company and unable to use HDFC card there. Then my salary account got changed to savings account and i was not informed on the same. I was able to maintain the HDFC account till last few months. But now due to several loans, i am not able to maintain hdfc account and they started penalizing me 600/- each month without informing. Till now a total of around 2400/- was deducted in past 5 months. Now even i keep 5000 rs in my account also, they deducted 450/- saying i need to maintain 10000/- for metro areas. They could have called me and informed atleast about this. I was not using registered mobile number and came to know about this when i logged in to net banking for some other work. Even though RBI suggested to not to penalize for non maintenance, why these banks keep on deducting money from accounts.

                        Hi Team, Thanks for the support. After you sent mail to HDFC team, they contacted me and agreed to return my deducted money excluding GST charges. I received a mail from "[email protected]" and call from branch people and helped me to get my money back. Thanks all for understanding problem and solving it.                             Its been years since i used my previous company salary account which i had it on hdfc bank. My account no is [protected], from past few months the bank been charging money from me for not maintaining the minimum balance. I almost payed around 2850rs and when i cleared the money and tried to cancel the account they again started saying there is some relief period after clearance of negetive balance and has to wait another week and today i been again charged with 700rs for not maintenance this is horrible act by bank services to an average guy who is having 20k as salary to live with. Please accept my complaint and do the needful against fraud bank like this.

                              The charges levied pertain to non-maintenance of Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 in your account. Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates.                               When I checked in the link, it is showing that 450rs for AMB. Want to know how much you people deducted and what is the tax amount, Why it is showing 599 rs of a negative balance. Keep me updated with the clear information.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  My loan account no is 52449756.

                                  I had bought a new bolero in november 2017 financed by hdfc bank with the emi debited each month via ecs. I slowly realised that it was not an ideal vehicle for transporting elders in my family due to its height. Therefore, i decided to sell it off so i can look around for another car suitable for my family's needs.

                                  As i was selling the vehicle, i approached the gn chetty road, tn nagar, chennai branch for foreclosure & they put a foreclosing charge of rs 48961 (7.08%) on an outstanding of rs 691534. This is an unbelievable amount by any standards.

                                  I had requested the branch manager for a waiver due to me being a loyal customer and having the following relationships with the bank:

                                  1. Previous car loan also with hdfc
                                  2. The next buyer of the current car is also financed by hdfc
                                  3. Have a home loan with hdfc
                                  4. Have a credit card with hdfc

                                  I requested the branch manager of the bank, who said he did not have any powers. I was requested to contact the sales manager of the buyer's branch, which i did and they said they would take steps on the waiver and the difference in the closure amount would get credited into my bank.

                                  I had a discussion with the call centre who has asked me to write an email requesting the same.

                                  I can confidently tell you that when the loan agreement was signed, the practice is that the executives who do the documentation only take signatures on the loan agreement without actually telling the customers the terms and conditions of the loan including any charges. I have evidence to prove that as for my home loan, i have a photocopied version of the agreement i signed which is devoid of any written information.

                                  Apparently, the practice is that they get signatures and then fill up the information afterwards and hand to the bank.

                                  This is either a dangerous trend emerging as the underwritten information is never explained to the customer leading to nasty surprises like this at the end of the relationship.

                                  I quite frankly find it outrageous that a bank of this reputation stoops to such low levels squeezing the blood of exiting customers for genuine reasons.

                                  I am having to write this mail because i have put in requests at appropriate places as written above.

                                  I hope this complaint can be taken seriously and remedial measures done for appropriate and fair refund before it gets escalated.

                                  Please do not write back to me saying the loan agreement has the charges mentioned because i can prove with evidence that the customer is asked to blindly sign the documents by your bank executives or dsa executives as may be the case.

                                  If the bank runs an audit of how customer acquisition is done on the ground, they will realise the loophole in the system that i am mentioning.

                                  I have been advised that as per rbi regulation there should be no penalty on foreclosure floating rate loans (Car and home loans) and have been advised to file an rti against hdfc regarding foreclosure charges.

                                  This is the third time i have been overcharged or unnecessarily or unfairly charged as below:

                                  1. Homeloan - when the interest rates went down last year, the bank did not communicate the information and invite customers to take advantage of the reduced rates. It was only a chance finding that led me to the bank and they reduced the interest rate after charging me rs 6000 for conversion. This is fleacing.

                                  2. My previous carloan, i was charged rs 18000 as foreclosure charge for an outstanding of rs 4.2 lakhs.

                                  3. My current carloan, i am charges rs. 48961 on an outstanding of rs.6.91 lakhs.

                                  If one customer is charged like this, then how much is the bank making through unjust and unfair means in a populous country like india.

                                  I request that this be remedied on priority basis, so i do not need to escalate this anywhere.

                                  I can confidently tell you that when the loan agreement was signed, the practice is that the executives who do the documentation only take signatures on the loan agreement without actually telling the customers the terms and conditions of the loan including any charges. I have evidence to prove that as for my home loan, i have a photocopied version of the agreement i signed which is devoid of any written information.

                                  Apparently, the practice is that they get signatures and then fill up the information afterwards and hand to the bank.

                                  This is either a dangerous trend emerging as the underwritten information is never explained to the customer leading to nasty surprises like this at the end of the relationship.

                                  I quite frankly find it outrageous that a bank of this reputation stoops to such low levels squeezing the blood of exiting customers for genuine reasons.

                                  I am having to write this mail because i have put in requests at appropriate places as written above.

                                  I hope this complaint can be taken seriously and remedial measures done for appropriate and fair refund before it gets escalated.

                                  Please do not write back to me saying the loan agreement has the charges mentioned because i can prove with evidence that the customer is asked to blindly sign the documents by your bank executives or dsa executives as may be the case.

                                  If the bank runs an audit of how customer acquisition is done on the ground, they will realise the loophole in the system that i am mentioning.

                                      Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                                      I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                                      I'm using hdfc credit card since last 3 year card number ending with 4*8. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 2999 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                                      Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                                      And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for dec2018-mir[protected]. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.
