So credit card is active and still being charged for renewal fees. I have provided screenshot of my bank accounts credit card section stating “no active credit card”.

I have written so many emails to customer care but they only focus on how to get money, with a message that renewal fee will be revised if i did purchasing of 1 lakh in last one year.

Hdfc bank applies penalty for non depositing or non payment on time but when it comes to get complaint answer, they need 10 working days. Kindly check with the escalation team, my complaint is still pending with them.

    26 on date i am booking travel ticket gobigo.com, but morning 10.49 transfer amount 1845 gobigo 1156659 and no ticket book. But at 12 pm new login and barde travel ticket book gobigo.com site, and ticket confirmation and my account debit 1845. Oo same reference no gobigo 1159959, actually 3 ticket i am booking and debited amount my account two time and both transfer reference no.1159959, pls. Transfers my extra amount

      Where is my cashback? i have availed the offer on tanishq on 8th dec, amount spent was 83k, but as promised the bank has not initiated the cashback i dont expect such pathetic service from a leading national bank.
      The customer care services are pathetic as its banking system. i have called multiple numbers and none of them are accepting that they are customer care.
      i should close my account with HDFC as it is providing me no service and not keeping promises. I am hugely disappointed

        I spoke with one of the floor supervisors rahul nimbalkar, employee id r8315, regarding delivery of my credit card. This is to bring in to your notice that he is rude, unapologetic and absolutely absurd.

        I had called hdfc to put a request and have the card delivered to one of my colleagues at the regestered address as my dad is hospitalised and have no one with me. I am in need of the card as i would be using it for my dad's...

        I have requested hdfc account close application before 4 months (In january) in vasna, bhattha branch (Near ankur school).

        But yet my account was not close.
        So, i have going in prahaladnagar branch and customer desk executive emailed to bhattha branch.
        Bhattha brnach manger mr. Jigar called me and tell that i didn't get your application. You need to proof acknowledge to me, so i have close account. But customer desk executive didn't get any acknowledge to me. So how can i proof that i have given application to close account.
        Mr. Jigar told very rudely. Jigar's behavior is not like any manager, his behavior like any peon/clark.
        I requested to you please close my account and told mr. Jigar vasna branch manager that talk respectively to member.

          Hi HDFC Life,

          I am writing this on behalf of the request of my Term Life insurance plan Application No.:[protected]. PolicyBazaar Reference Number – 65034804.

          I applied for the HDFC Life (Application No.:[protected]Cr. term insurance via PolicyBazaar on 29th March. There were thousands of emails back on forth for getting the right documents. The medical was scheduled in City Hospital Noida on 22nd of March 2018. It took one months for having all documents in place and approved. It happened just because the PolicyBazaar representatives were not organized and they were asking the same documents again and again and everyday new representative was dealing with me for the same requests. It was quite annoying.

          Finally, the application was declined by mentioning that I am having Diabetes mellitus. I was surprised and wrote an email back on 8th May with my local Lab test result. It was done here (14th March) in Dubai just before my sinus surgery. Based on that report, I was not diabetic. (Lab Report attached) No action was taken and HDFC Life refunded my money back.

          I clearly mentioned that I don’t trust the test report prepared by the Citi Hospital in Noida. The medical centre was not up to the standard. All the medical test equipment were from 80s and not in a good condition (Rusted height and weight measurement tools). I was scared putting the ECG valves (rusted) on me during the test. The clinic was not having cleanliness.

          Just to cross confirm, I did my GLYCOCYLATED HAEMOGLOBIN test here in Dubai AlZahra Hospital on 20th May 28, 2018. (Report Attached) This report gives the full history of my 3 months Sugar level and I was not at all diabetic in last three months.

          This concludes that HDFC Life and PolicyBazaar unnecessarily wasted my time and efforts in arranging all the documents and also my travel to India for medical etc. Very worst experience (Mentally and Physically) by dealing with both the parties.

          Glad to see your reply. I am sure that you are not assuming that I reached to consumer complaints portal without approaching HDFC first. The response was not positive. They sent me the Urine test and ECG report yesterday. I am not sure if those report justify that I am diabetic. The interaction ID with HDFC is HDFCSL=[protected].

              I was applied for car insurance add-on policy for my car create verient 1.6crdi sx+ manual in hdfc bank supela bhilai on 02.05.2018, but they provided me automatic transmission paper as my car is manual transmission.
              After complain they again provided me cover letter for some days and confirmed they will provide correct paper but after continue follow up they again send wrong paper as same like previous one.

              Again i informed today but they are taking in easy way, name of contact person is kalyan & tripti.
              Policy copy attached in photo..
              Please take immediate action about kalyan and tripti because both are not responding and taking responsibility.

                Very surprisingly to say hdfc put wrong charges on customers. Very nonsense!!!

                Sorry to say hdfc empolyess did'nt doing their responsibility rightly. They don't send email statement of credit card and put late fee.. When i complaint this they revert my charges after that they put finance charges. What they think customers are fool or else

                I have to say everyone don't take their any facilities either credit card or any other. Have complaint 3 times through customer care call. But they also try to make me fool. Very nonse!!!

                  Hello i am an credit card holder of your financial institute. I am extremely unhappy about a few things.
                  Firstly i am glad that hdfc trusted me and gave me an oppturnity to bank with you, however now its a bit unhappy experiance for me, my father has been hospitalised anf i am unable to arrange funds as i do not have a job, i am getting indecent calls asking to pay to which i understand they are doing their jobs however its in a very bad way they are doing there jobs.
                  Secondly i am trying to come up with a payment plan to pay off the card and seek closure for good without any bad or sour experiance what so ever.
                  I would request you to please help me so that i can pay off the card and also please reverse the lpf's and over limit charges with interest please.

                    Made an online transaction on friday evening which was debitted from my account, but resulted in a failed transaction. The amount was a large sum and is needed to urgently book flight tickets.

                    I have been trying to contact customer care all day to no avail. The merchant has reported a declined transaction and have sent a mail regarding the same. The bank is absolutely unresponsive, if this issue is not resolved, i shall be forthwith sueing the bank.

                    I made an online payment for the purpose of purchasing flight tickets. The amount got deducted from my account, however the transaction got declined. Upon contacting the merchant, they confirmed that the transaction got declined and that they did not receive any money on their end. They sent an email confirming the same.

                    It’s absolutely shameful that i’ve been trying to contact te bank all day in order to confirm the status of the payment, while the bank has no basic decency to even pick up my call or offer and grivence redressal. Shame on the bank. If i don’t get responded to, the bank can rest assured that it will be sued.

                    The amount is a large sum of money, and the tickets needed to be purchased urgently.

                    This is a follow up to a previous complaint with reference number hbl=[protected].

                    The failed transaction has been reversed by the merchant, but hdfc does not have the decency to reply to any mail i send.

                    It has already been 3 working days, as they said that this would be the required time for addressing it. If this is the only channel through which they respond, it is an utter shame.

                    What does it take to access my own funds even when it’s an emergency?

                    This is an absolutely horrifying banking experience, and i will surely be pursuing legal recourse.

                        On 15th may 2018 i have ordered moto g5s mobile in amazon india[protected] and on the same day i cancelled that order and received a mail confirmation from amazon india on the same day with refund reference number[protected] and it is mentioned in the mail that refund will be credited to my account on 21st may 2018 but till not i haven't received any refund and am attaching the documents for your reference. Called hdfc customer care multiple times but they are telling amazon india have not initiated the refund and when i call amazon india they are telling that it is pending since hdfc people haven't processed further.

                            This is regarding an online transaction i made from my hdfc foodplus card ([protected]) on 7th april'2018. It was an unsuccessful transaction (Amounting to 1384 rs) and i was notified that the amount would get refunded in 6-7 days.

                            Its been more than 2 week's now, but i have not got the refund back. Attached is the screenshot of the unsuccessful transaction as well as the statement copy of the amount deducted.

                            Kindly scrutinize the error and refund the amount back into my account.

                              This is complaint against hdfc bank credit card division and its executives. Since last 3 months i am trying to get my hdfc bank credit card outstanding settle with the bank. But every month they take minim um amount due and then get quite taking further on my request to settle the amount. Last month when informed them that i will not pay min amount due they kept calling me non stop and on one day they called me atleast 121 times throughout the day. They sent executives to my house and harass the kids at the home. Why.. Just because i want to settle the outstanding and they not listening to my request and when i decline to make the payment they trouble me like this. All complain to customer and discussion are in vain. Am left with no choice then to file a complain against them.

                              Can somebody please help with the contact details of the senior people in hdfc bank credit card division where an share the call record and mail exchange.

                              All I have received on 23rd May is acknowledgment mail with a reference number to my mail nothing beyond that. In spite of repeated request for a settlement for almost more 3 months i am yet to get a proper response to my dispute. instead now my savings account is seemed to be freezed and money has been frisked from the account and a debit of the credit card is showing. I am really surprised that without any consent or intimation how a bank can do this. having such a long standing relationship with HDFC bank it has now been given a very bad experience. being jobless for more than a year had its own pain and now this.Must say that probably this is how bank is making money by harassing people.

                              How come this has been put as resolved whereas the issue is still on going?? Hdfc hasn't even bothered to resolved the issue...
                              Dear Mr. Bejoy,

                              All I have received on 23rd May is acknowledgment mail with a reference number to my mail nothing beyond that. In spite of repeated request for a settlement for almost more 3 months i am yet to get a proper response to my dispute. instead now my savings account is seemed to be freezed and money has been frisked from the account and a debit of the credit card is showing. I am really surprised that without any consent or intimation how a bank can do this. having such a long standing relationship with HDFC bank it has now been given a very bad experience. being jobless for more than a year had its own pain and now this.Must say that probably this is how bank is making money by harassing people.
                              I have been experiencing the exact problem, nobody id responding from the settlement department.
                              we have to raise our voice.

                                My name is praveen prajapat. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 3612280

                                I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                                I requested for policy cancellation and reverse the charges and rs 900.

                                  Sir/mam,

                                  Since last seven months we are going through financial crisis. My father was admitted in icu sahyadri hospital for 12 days unfortunately he passed away. My mother admitted due to this incident and many more other things in que. Hence there was delay in bike installment and i informed this well in advance to bank executive amit ahule. He ask me to pay atleat emi amount will waive off your interest amount. Even this was difficult for me still begged and borrow the amount and paid the emi, delaying my other banks installments. This month i am unable to pay my emi hence decided to close the loan account paying remaining balance amount. For this we are borrowing money from relatives, friends and company. For this reason i spoke to hdfc bank executive amit ahule but every time he delay the days saying i am busy will speak to you later. Yesterday due to his negligence and rude behaviour i fired him. Request to to help me with this and try to waive off my interest amount and tell me the entire balance amount of my loan.

                                    No good service, some one came today to my home and ask about my brother i said he was not at home right now u can call him and ask him.. But that man used very wrong words to me and to my mother. We both are only at home he used very abusive words. And also he not dressed up well.. Is this ur hdfc service using bad words? Sure i will put a case against ur employee very worst bank service..

                                      I am a hdfc credit card holder, the bank has auto debited recently rs.1399 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxxx2927 with out my authorisation on date 23/05/17, and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

                                      Relation ship number for one assist is 2125087

                                      I urge oneassist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest.
