I am repeatedly getting calls from HDFC for personal loans, credit cards from various numbers. HDFC people say they have a database from which they call. i was fed up with 4 calls a day and even after rejecting and threatening to raise a compliant against them. they don't care.
Worst part is they change their phone number every 15 days. need help in this issue.

    I would request HDFC Bank to cancel my Personal loan[protected] due to fraudulent and unethical activities in loan processing.

    1. During loan process, it was committed ROI as 10.99% but disbursed loan with 13.99% ROI. When called back, it was told some miscommunication happened between sales manager and back-end team, but cant it reverted as money already disbursed.
    2. I have not signed any document for insurance for this loan neither discussed about it, but insurance amount deducted on disbursement.

    Now I'm afraid of fraudulent banking within HDFC and would prefer to take out of my all accounts to other bank which have been giving around Rs50k interest every month to HDFC.

      Dear Sir,
      My name is Maruti Kumar Mondal. Recently I applied for an HDFC credit card. Luckily, I got the card after eligibility check. Two days after the activation, ₹900.00 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr".

      I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

      I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of ₹900.00 will be refunded but not yet done.

      So, I would like to request you to take necessary steps to cancel the HEGIC-CRDT SHILD Coverage and refund the amount to my credit limit. I am not at all interested in this type of policies or Coverages.

          My hdfc credit card validity expires on 6th june 2018 and i have no dues, but still i have not received any communication from the hdfc regarding the renewal. I tried to resolve the matter through online customer care by providing all the details asked for and as directed by them. But inspite of many attempts their system is not accepting the date of expiry though i submitted the details in their prescribed format. Request to do the needful.

                Dear sir,

                I purchased the home (In nov 2017) in akurli, tal - panvel, dist - raigad, which is 2 km from panvel station. For the same home i took the home loan (In nov 2017) from hdfc koparkhairne branch with file number[protected]. While applying for loan i have submitted note that, i want clss subsidy. On february 6, 2018 i discussed on phone to hdfc regarding clss subsidy. After the discussion, hdfc (Baburav m rangasur) wrote email to me that "we cannot forward your application to claim subsidy as the property purchased by you falls in a rural area (As per the census 2011) and is not covered under the list o[censored]rban cities/towns covered under pmay."

                One of my friend (Sonu prajapati, mob - [protected]) purchased the flat in same society 4 months ago and took home loan from icici bank, he got the benefit of this scheme. If icici bank providing subsidy then why not hdfc?

                I request you please support me to solve this issue. Hdfc is not ready to give the subsidy. Please tell me what i have to do in this case?

                  On 22/05/2018, i donated 10000 in 2 transaction to india rehab center towards a child who i was told was in the icu at btrc hospital noida. Later when i asked for the receipt and the tax deduction form 80g 12a which i was promised by the organisation, they completely stopped responding. On enquiry i found out there was no such child admitted to the hospital and there were numerous complaints about the organisation on the internet. I immediately called the customer care to stop the transaction and filed a payment dispute. Please look into the matter.

                                    Sir,
                                    My hdfc bank account number is '[protected]'. Relating to this a credit card was provided to me @ 0 cost. Till now, i don't utilize this card for anything, even i have not generated its pin also. The card is still pasted in the envelope which they have provided to me. You can check also in my credit card account statement from the beginning.
                                    Now, my complain is that, after 1 month of issuing the credit card, they are charging again & again. Due to this they are showing my outstanding amount due is above 10, 000/-
                                    In this regard, i want your help to dissolve the case as soon as possible, so that i can show my account status nil.

                                        I have raised a request with hdfc bank for housing loan, the loan has been sanctioned since september 2017 and till today there is no clarity from hdfc team.
                                        The representative working on my file no[protected], doesn't even reply or answer calls in an appropriate manner. After tremendous follow-ups calls and emails i am getting a response that the loan has been auto cancelled in the system. This too has been informed in the month of april whereas the loan expired in march 2018 due to 6 months auto cancellation process.
                                        Now to re-appraise the loan hdfc is asking for another fee amount that has to be paid, where the entire issue has not been addressed properly right from day one by hdfc.

                                        Ihave borrowed tow well loan with emi rs.2467due on 5th of each month. But bank has charged me the rs.590 as bouncing charges even if there was a sufficient balance on due date i. E. 5th may 18. bouncing charges for the same emi. Requesting you the bank's policies/rules/regulation for the such bouncing charges.
