My credit card was charged with membership fee for one assist without my consent. I have just found out from credit card statement about the management fee for one-assist. As per my knowledge, I have not provided any written consent to one-assist.

One-Assist Membership id: 1930125

Please revert the credit card transaction and un-subscribe me from this service.

I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 69539608

hdfc bank has deducted rs. 413.00 i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

    I was charged by a merchant twice when i only used my card once. Money was deducted from my account and it was on three transaction for a total of rs. 2100/- dispute was filed with the bank on march 7 and it's almost end of april there is no credit being issued by the bank when i called the bank on 27th march they informed me that the dispute is completed and the amount will be credited but since then i have been getting a run around and when i called today i was informed by a specialist that it will be credited by eod but i don't see any credits...

          On dated 5th march 2018 i have mistakenly transferred rs 60000/- from kotak bank to hdfc credit card account number which is not exist/dormant account, but transaction was successful.

          Last transaction was made on hdfc credit card on 2013 april.

          But unfortunately i am regularly follow up customer care, hdfc bank but no one is helping me out how can get my money.

          Please kindly help me out. Its more than 50 days but i am not getting any respond from the bank end.

          If the account was dormant how money get deducted from kotak bank.

          Within 2 working day money should be revert back.

            Dear sir/ madam. I applied for hdfc credit card 2 times. First time i applies through online application and i submitted all the documents. But next day i got the email that my credit card is rejected for some of bank internal plocies.
            Now again i submit the application for credit card through hdfc bank brank in mukerian. I submit all the documents to the hdfc empolye i submit my all years itr with cumputation chart. My last itr i filled is approx 3, 50000rs.. After submitting the application through my home branch i got text verification on my mobile i submit that. Now last day i got the text that my application process is completed please check after 2 days. I fulfill all the requirements for eligibility cretia to gt hdfc credit card. I want to request to bank after 1st rejection now please approve my credit card application. Because i have 837 credit scores and i already have axis bank credit card with 40000rs limit. Please approve my hdfc credit card because i fulfill all the requirements. My application refrence no. Is [protected]cq.

            Today I check my HDFC CREDIT CARD APPLICATION STATUS and they again (SECOND TIME )Disapproved my Application. i full filled all the requiremets they still Disapproved my Application Worst Experience with HDFC. I gave them 3 ITR with Computation Chart and fulfilled all other requirements but they do not Approve my application. i want my application to be approved because i am eligible.

            i already have Credit Card With Axis Bank with Credit Limit of 40, 000
            My credit and CIBIL Score Are 837
            i always maintain good balance in my bank accounts.
            i already deposit 3 lac in your HDFC Branch in Mukerian City
            you online system shows me that i am eligible for Money Back Credit Crad
            even after you system showing that how can you Disapproved my Arpplication
            i Fill 3 years ITR
            I Already provide all the ITR and other KYC documents in My Home HDFC branch.
            i have good income sources you can issue me Credit Card without any Hesitation
            i always maintain my banking in excellent way
            so please approve my credit card because there is no big reason behind disapproval of my Credit Crad .

              Dear consumer forum.

              I have purchased fastag from hdfc bank on 24th january 2018.

              I received my fastag on 5th february 2018 at 18:15 (Kindly see attached courier tracking page part 1 and part 2).

              I have been charged rs. 60 for transaction at anewadi toll plaza on 5th february 2018 at 06:01 (Kindly see attached screen shot of transaction).

              This matter has been already discussed with hdfc customer care person (Mr. Aakarshan sharma) and he agrred that it was due to scanning of tag during transit through courier service and he promised me that i will get my refund witihin 15 days.

              But till today even after 2 months i havent received the refund. Now when i am calling customer care service they are not able to help. So i am writing here.

              Please help me to get out of this as soon as possible.

                I have requested for a home loan balance transfer from can fin homes to hdfc home loan and submitted all the legal and required document. My loan got approved and legal was pending. I sent many reminders and asking for the status. There was no proper response from the bank side. I have paid an amount of 11500 for the processing and legal fees which never happened. I do not expect this from a reputed bank. Please return back my amount. My existing bank has already reduced the interest rate.

                Hdfc bank was holding my amount for a long period and they have to pay me bank without reducing a single rupee.

                By next month my existing bank is reducing the interest rate to 8.35%. Why should i pay and do balance transfer. Its been 6 months and i have been paying the interest. It is better to cancel this and return back my amount.

                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8834 without my concern on date:20/04/2018.                         My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) few month back i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. And i got the same reply when i went to hdfc bank tilak nagar branch thrice. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking. Yesterday i received a call from one of the executive who informed me that i have -6000 balance due to non-maintenance of the account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                              I have the worst and worst experience with this bank. No professionalism no follow ups and no care . It was my first and last interaction with this bank. I would never ever recommend to anyone for any kind of service.

                              Staff dsnt know the process of car loan file. They use to make you fool and they have wasted my almost 20days without any reason and none of staff are not even bother to follow up the case. I called them plenty if times. I am totally hopeless and fed up .

                                I have already complaint for this company regarding a fraud they are conducting, i have bought 2 iphones on hdfc credit card on no amount, as i started those instalments they started my hdfc ergo policy without my permission and then gave me 10-12000 bill every month where my amount should be of 6300 now even after cancellation of that policy they are not refunding my amount taken by fraud and still they are giving me bill of 9000 per month without any details,
                                Is this just and fair?

                                  I have applied loan in HDFC bank for 300000 and then it was processed with wrong entry of my name in records even though all the documents have correct information. Because of this, my ECS got rejected which in turn affecting my CIBIL Score. I decided to take a top up on the same loan. I have applied for 12.55 Lakhs and tenure as 60 months. But without any call confirmation, my loan got processed for 36 months of tenure.

Just for the payment of 500 rs one executive of hdfc bank named as nissar called on my phone and abused me for not paying 500 less is this the quality of employees this company hires, he insulted me by saying that i am a thief and not paying banks money back although i am paying my minimum balance regularly every month..
