I keep getting calls from hdfc to have a lifetime free credit card and this time i agreed. Their exective was on the call assisting me on how to apply for it and what options needs to be chosen.
I confirmed her for several times to see if any charges will be deducted but the person told no so i went ahean and applied for it.
Now i see aroung 1700 deducted for one assist plan which i don't even know.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7773. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

      Re: wrong charges imposed on non-activated card & false commitment from hdfc agents to corporate employees.

      Sir / mam,
      I have registered for a hdfc snapdeal card with free lifetime membership through one of your dsa agent visited to shree cement limited in dec 2017. But i have got the dinners club card (Last digit 3424) through post & i have not activated the card yet because i am already using another hdfc credit card (All miles) from last 2-3 years. Last month i saw that a statement generated & they had imposed a membership charges of rs 1000/- plus gst in it.
      So due to these false commitments & useless card please close my card permanently & revert the charges shown in statement because this is a false commitment from your dsa.
      Secondly i want to log a complaint against all the agents team who have visited to shree cement limited head office and given us wrong card. Now all of them are not picking our phone or not responding.
      Everybody in my organization were unhappy with cards issued from this team & when we called them they either not responded or said please unblock the card from customer care and charges will be revert. So my question is that why did they issued cards to us just for commission amount only??

      Please take this matter very seriously & necessary action please.

      In spite of taking action from hdfc side against all the four complaints by me, you are saying that we are sorry to revert the charges imposed on your in-activated card.

      I have already talked to your customer care, she (Ms juhi) said please fill the card closure form & submit to branch so that card will permanently closed & no charges will be paid. So if possible please close my card permanently & i don't need new card because i am already using the all miles card of hdfc along with salary account in hdfc beawar branch.

        I have not suscribed one assist and the plan was activated without my permission. Nearly rs 2700 has been debited from my account past two years without my authoristion. Cancel the plan and please refund my amount.

First 3 times they took call and told to wait as they are forwarding the call to complaint resolution team. 3 times i talked to them and they asked me to wait and then they delibrately cut the call. After that when i tried contacting them it was as if they blocked my number.

          Hi dispute team,

          As per your mail 1474/- amount has been settled by you. But as per my last statement it is reflecting as debit.
          I do not know why this is happening again and again. Why you guys are not settling that amount.
          This month i paid only 1012 rs of amount after deducting 1474 rs from my bill, again you are charging late fine fee of rs 400 + gst

          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I will not pay any late fee charges and 1474 rs coz this fault is yours not mine.

          You can also see my all the payments i made in time except this one.
          I have attached the statement which shows that amount has been settled

            Mr. Narain jeswani, has passed away in aug 2016, he is not alive
            After his death, we have emailed you stating his demise.
            Despite of informing you, we continued to receive collection email

                    I am using my postpaid connection since 2006. Last thursday 26-04-18, i have taken a add on sim [protected]. Stilk it's not activated. Showing message that "child sim is not linked".. I have been requesting to the executive about the same, but he has no idea about it!!!
                    Being a existing customer for so long period i expect a immediate solution.

                    I send 2 complaints regarding this. And fed up... Want to cancel the connection which i have been using 12 years

                      I didnt know about condition of credit card cash paymat. But your executive guide me a wrong condition... He called me and said to me... You also used this credit card for cash withdraw by atm...
                      I debit 10000 rupees in my credit card by atm cash... After that same day 1200 rs. Cut in my current balance...
                      After three days i go to bank and submit debit balance 10000. And charges 200...

                      I didn't know about all charges of apply my credit card...
                      Please action of these point... Without information how to cut my balance...

                        I have register a complaint regarding the fasttag balance deduction with reference number hbl=[protected] on 22 april 2018 and as per the email the issue must be resolved within 5 working days but i am regret to inform you that no action is yet taken.

                        Actually on 22 apr 2018 i crossed the sangrur-patiala toll and my fast tag didn't read by the reader so i paid the rs 80 but after some time i got the message that money is deducted from my fast tag account.

                          In 2016 i got an hdfc credit card, for one year i maintained it perfectly. Since the 2017 year end, i didn't pay the bill amount. Right now i like to receive a message "intimation: legal initiated" like to know what is this and what i have to do. Currently, my bill is rs.45, 000/-. See i like to do a settlement with hdfc.                             I was redeeming the reward points of my hdfc bank regalia first credit card in reward point category section it had voucher section when i opened it. It showed that 1 reward point will give 0.3 paise and it was some e-voucher. So i thought it was a cash voucher & redeemed it. But i got a msg from bank that this e-voucher is to be used for hotel booking or flight bookings. I was shocked as there was nothing mentioned like that in the site.

                            So i called the phone banking for help they said that if the voucher is not used till 30 days it get added back to credit cards reward points. But there is a redemption charges of rs. 99/- + tax. So i asked them what about that they say its not reversible. I had asked them if the bank don't mention the details properly on site why a customer should bear it. They apologized and said its a bank policy. Its ridiculous policy why should a customer bear for banks error??

                              Hello,

                              This is to inform that hdfc has charged some gst from my account twice in a row with out intimation, one amount of rs. 177 and another amount of rs.354.

                              Why are this not being informed and what is the purpose of being charged.. Also somewhere in last 3 months, there was a deduction of rs.177..

                              Why are all these being charged.. They do not even receive the calls..
                              The call center is pathetic.. Keeps you on hold and then thats it, they are done.

                              I need a proper answer for all the deductions, this is our hardwork that you guys deduct without intimation

                                pre-closure of insta jumbo loan

                                Need to pre-close my hdfc insta jumbo loan on credit card. There is no process mentioned on hdfc bank website or netbanking account. Since the process to take loan is easy then why they do not have any process to close the same online as well. On customer care number it is very difficult to talk to customer care executive. They have everything computerized. It was mentioned that i can pre-close it after 1 year with 3%...

                                My name is naveen chandra kukreti. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After few days, on 16.04.18 rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln - rs.295.54.

                                I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                                I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of rs. 900 will be refunded. I have to upload cancelled cheque, which i am uploading.

                                  On 30th of april i travelled from pune to solapur and travelled through four fastag toll plazas
                                  Of these four the amount was as following
                                  The first one from pune rs 70
                                  Second one rs 70
                                  Third one rs 55
                                  Fourth one rs 55

                                  All the barriers opened and there was no problem at the toll plazas
                                  I received the message for the first two toll deducted and then i received a third message that rs 165 been deducted for entry adjustment
                                  Later in the day i also got the messages for the third and fourth toll being deducted

                                  I have no clue about the 165 entry adjustment amount
                                  It seems excess amount has been deducted from my account

                                  On 20th of april i had purchased fastag from your bank by paying 600 rs
                                  I was told that 200 rs was for security deposit, 200 was the fees and 200 to be credited in the account.
                                  Of the final 200, 100 was immediately deposited in my wallet and the remaining 100 was supposed to be deposited on 21st of april. Till date i have not recieved the same.

                                  Hdfc for all its advertisements is the worst
                                  I have mailed all details to help desk. [protected]@sahaj.co.in bit no response in spite of their assurance of reply within 48 hrs

                                  Sometime's there were some payment calculation error occurs at Toll Plaza and lesser or higher amount gets debited or credited, this gets identified at the time of doing recon activity at NPCI end. Further, NPCI highlight such cases with issuer bank and our HDFC Bank team pass debit or credit entry to customer wallet with respective amount.

                                  i think it was charge by HDFC not told to Customer before buying fastag.

                                  never buy HDFC fastag.
                                  Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 90 for Adjustment entry on 11/18/2019 7:32:06 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

                                  No idea about this deduction. No proper response from customer support.
                                  Rs 285 is deducted from my account on 31st of OCT 2019. Trying to contact Customer care since then. No proper response and not sure why they have charged me!!?? And I see this adjustment happens only with HDFC fasttag. I have checked with other bank Fastag guys and it doesnt to them. HDFC is useless w.r.t Fastag.
                                  On 14th Jan-2020 I have received text message from Axis bank fastag, they charged me Rs. 65 for adjustment entry even i was at home, I have no clue about that the why they are charges me Rs. 65 entry adjustment amount, It seems excess amount has been deducted from my account

                                  Axis for all its advertisements is the worst, Dont take fastag of Axis bank

                                  Worst customer support, nobody has even bothered to call.

                                  Same thing happened to me..I also sent mail but no response...
                                  I got below msg on 17 th March & amount got deducted:
                                  Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 703 for Adjustment entry on 3/17/2020 10:14:27 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

                                  And also amount deducted 173 + 173 on two tolls ( Mumbai to pune) 11th March
                                  Where as it's ₹230 (173 + ₹57)

                                    Hi,

                                    Similar transaction was made in my account too.

                                    This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                                    An amount of rs 842.70 has been debited on 11 april 2018 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges - with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

                                    When the account was opened, i was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

                                    The charges levied to your account pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a.                                       This is to inform you that on 12 april 2018, an amount of rupees 1290 was deducted from my 's hdfc bank account (Account number-[protected]) as payment of my bill of c. U. G sim of vodafone allotted to my husband. I am shocked that how can vodafone company deduct rupees 1290 from my account as payment of my bill of c. U. G vodafone number ([protected]). Company, where my husband work pays the bill of this vodafone number not me nor my husband. I want my refund of money as soon as possible.

You can de-register the biller under our BillPay facility through below 2 modes: 1) Through NetBanking: For online de-registration please refer the below process: Login into NetBanking Go to BillPay & Recharge Tab Click Continue Select "View/Delete Billers" Select the Biller and click "Delete" Click Confirm Note - Delete Billers - Deletion of billers through the online / NetBanking option will be applicable only for the NetBanking Bill Payment service w.e.f July 1, 2012 and these billers would not be de-registered from ATM/ PhoneBanking/ Mobile banking bill payment service.
