Hello CID :70414352 Dob:24/05/1977 I no longer want to pay premium for this policy and as suggested by two of your customer service reps, I went personally to dhole Patil branch and spoke to two ### called Sayali and Nagraj ! First, they took 1 hour to confirm that thereâs no â paid upâ status possible for my policy despite my telling them that your own company reps had recommended me to do so, they put me online with another equally dumb manager, Abhijit who suggested me to go through the long-winded process of withdrawing a partial amount and then depositing the same, to get this status, which seems so outdated in todayâs times! Then the icing on the cake was when they asked me for Id proofs and my marriage certificate as I havenât changed my surname post marriage. Upon asking if I could submit either my passport or index2 document clearly showing my spouse name, none had the courtesy to follow up on it and redress my grievance!!! Iâm still waiting for an update in this regard!!!frustrated, disappointed with your pathetic service, after paying a huge amount of 5lakhs over 5years. And you call yourself customer friendly????
