HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Claim denial by surveyor | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a holder of policy number[protected] for my Skoda Rapid HP14B 8799 . My car met with a minor Accident at Dhnaas in Chandigarh due to which it's wind Screen, Left side of Front Bumper, Doors on left side & Lower engine cover got damaged . I have explained everything in a genuine manner to the surveyor but he is making me fool & He is behaving like he only knows everything & we are just liers . This is just insulting the Customer by making us feel as liers . If there is any damage on the same side before the Accident then I have not even asked for it . For Example the Back bumper is damaged from the same left side but I have not asked for it . If you start by thinking that the claimant is a lier then nothing can be done . If this is ho wthe company is behaving then I am sorry I will have to take legal path Was this information helpful? | |
