Dear Sir,
I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called Termination department of HDFC Life Insurance, Delhi. The person told me that I had taken a policy in the year 2013 and paid a premium of Rs.30000/- towards the same, I was also given the policy number and told that since the policy has a lock in period of 3 years and I have paid the premium for only 1 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. If I pay the premium for 2 more years that is Rs. 60000/- my policy would be regularised and I will be getting an amount of Rs. 147000/- within 90 days. Then I was directed to one Rajiv Saxena ( Mob No. [protected]) who was introduced as my Relationship Manager. He once again explained the procedure to me and also said that since I had crossed the entry age of 55 years, I could take the policy in the name of my wife ( who is 55 yrs) by paying Rs. 60000/- and the same would be merged with my terminated policy which would then be regularised and I will also get Rs. 40000/- commission on Rs. 60000/-.I will be getting Rs. 147000/- within 90 days.
Since the call was supposed to be from HDFC Life I fell into the trap and allowed him to send a person to collect the relevant papers. In the meanime I received a call from a broker from Noida. He too explained the entire policy details and arranged to send a representative to my house to pick up the documents. I handed over the required documents and filled up the form in the name of my wife and also handed over the cheque for Rs. 60000/-.
As an after thought I felt something fishy and in the morning I contacted the Customer Care Dept of HDFC Life, and was astonished to learn that the policy number given to me was allotted to someone else and was told to be beware of such fraudulent and fake calls. But since the mobile number showed HDFC Life Ins in my Truecaller, i was tricked.
I would like to make a complaint against the company whose officials are indulging in fraud and fake calls and misguiding the people for unscrupulous marketing with the connivance of the brokers. I was put to great inconvenience and lost my peace of mind due to this.

I received call from HDFC life on 10.12.2016([protected]) regarding plans. her name priya of T.Nagar. i informed her i'm not interested.
she also called me today 17.12.2016([protected]). and irritating me. kindly take actions on her
I have followed up for policy bond soft copy from a month now and still didnt receive the soft copy. I had called call center as well as I emailed asking the same. The tracking request id 'HDFCSL=[protected]'

The policy not yet paid out
I have called four times in call center but not received satisfied response.
They are not even committing a date for pay out
My personal expenditures are affected due to this delay.
The situation is forced me to go to the consumer forum.

Just want to report a call I received today from someone calling himself Ritesh[protected], informing me about a Classic Assure Plus policy I had supposedly originated in 2010, where I had paid a premium of Rs. 40, 000 (current value of Rs. 1, 08, 000) and to liquidate which I'd need to make another 2 premium payments. He gave me the number of Rajeev Saxena[protected], supposedly from HDFC Life's Mumbai office, who is to explain the details.

This obviously seems like a con-job being attempted on a large scale using the HDFC Life brand. Please initiate appropriate police action against the perpetrators.

I took insurance from HDFC Life. I got a call from HDFC LIFE member on November-2017 and they explained me about Super Income plan and the plan looks good so that I accepted to take insurance.
What they explained was, I can pay the premium through HDFC Credit card and that will converted to EMI so that the small amount only need to pay every month.
since it is small amount every month I accepted to take insurance. Once I said ok to take insurance they deducted my one year premium from my credit card.
But it has been 5month, still it is not converted to EMI and every month this HDFC credit card statement they are adding some financial charge as I am not paying the amount. This things I am reporting to my contact Person (Mr.Sri Hari - Mob:[protected], email: srihari.[protected]@hdfclife.in), he is not taking any serious action. Now I wanted to close this insurance(policy no:[protected] but i'm not able to do it.
Kindy help me if someone crosses this kind of issue & Please be aware of this kind of calls.

Then I was directed to one Manish Chauhan ( Mob No. [protected]) who was introduced as my Relationship Manager.

I sensed some thing is wrong.

Same Complaint, same amount and story but only difference is name and numbers.
I got two offers continue the policy by paying 3lacs + 22k late charges etc. or terminate by paying 1lc more . When I asked to send me the same over mail, that RM was reluctant and said that he need to take approval to revive my policy and hence need KYC. Asked me to send over mail. I asked I can come to Mahalaxmi office so he said Its not possible. I asked him to send me a mail so I can respond .

I checked his profile on true caller and found his mail ID as hdfcfinance [email protected]
which is 100% fraud.

******my mail concern is how he got the my name, address . He checked my DOB and said found correct******** how that information was is accessed by those people?

I am based in Pune. I received a call from Mr Rohit Mehera from HDFC Life insurance and told me typical story... same as mentioned by others above that I have a policy dated 22 March 2011, which is getting lapsed as non payment of instalments etc etc. As I was not recollecting regarding this policy but he insisted me to talk to my so-called relation ship manager in Mumbai Mr Nitin Rastogi.

When I called & told Mr Rastogi that I will need some time for arranging money... as expected he was upset... very clearly indicating fraud nature.

Anyway, please be aware of such calls.

      Hello Sir,

      yesterday night i.e.[protected] at 1:36:12 A.M. I received a message saying that a transaction has been made from my credit card ending 0463 for Rs. 225 in Mumbai at KLICKPAY77252.
      I never did any such transactions. I didn't even receive any OTP for this transaction. it was a fraud klickpay77252 payment. please refer attached image.

      I would request you to secure the credit card payments online always. it was just 225 rupees this time, it could have been more. I would even request the bank to initiate the refund process. if the security of the card and online transaction is something that the bank can not take care of then it might be a correct thing to close the account/credit card.

              My account shows unidentified transactions from the last 2 months with the title DEBIT CARD PUR ADJ and DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST. The transactions are being done around 2-3 times a month. money range is 20 to 30 rs at a time. When I go to submit the issue on their feedback form, it asks for reference id. But in my account transactions either the id is not mentioned or is 1, 9 or any other singular digits. Please help my get my hard earned money.

                My name is Aniket Shinde. I have been charged 450 rs. as Auto Pay was reversed. but I have already made the payment one day prior of the due date, statement clearly says that also there are stupid peoples at customer care which are speaking like a machine this is company's policy and blah blah... when I asked them do they have any escalation email or any appellate number she did not gave me any her name is Deepa.
                Also HDFC banks half of the ATM's are closed so how am I supposed to make the payment in time. these people are looting us I believed that HDFC service was good but this has changed my mind even if I had made the payment then also you are charging fine. please help me reverse the charges..

                    I was transacted 50 rupees on my credit card with out any authorisation. Not even a single otp came to my number for authorisation. Its a fraudulent transaction.the shocking part is that this transaction was made without any kind of authorisation approval of mine.not disclosing my card number and other details online due to security reasons.
                    How can hdfc be with such companies and can charge through my card without any authority.
                    Have added screenshot of transaction message which i got.
                    Google the klickpay77252 and found that all such transactions were done on hdfc credit cards only and lots of people have complained for it. Such a shame hdfc if you support these kind of transactions knowingly.

                            My self Vinayak A K, one of my previous company had opened an account with HDFC bank for my salary and from past 2 years i haven't used my account and currently i joined a new company where this company has a tie up only with HDFC and at the time of creating a new account for my salary with the current company i came to know that my previous account what i had with HDFC has gone to -8, 800/- RS because of non maintenance of the minimum balance and which i was not aware of this and also bank people has not informed me about this before so kindly help me to close my previous account and help me to open Zero balance account with the same HDFC.

                              My HDFC Credit Card got 3 unknown Transactions on 07 December 2016
                              all 3 transaction in USD ( I have never been to US) converted indian total cost is Rs. 18930.
                              I am following HDFC Complaint desk since 1 month(escalation.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) but no satisfactory answer yet.
                              One more important thing is My Card was getting expired in December 2016
                              and I have requested to close the card on 26 October 2016 (have email proof).
                              Now I got bill from HDFC for above Unknown transaction with due date as 03 Jan 2016.
                              Not sure what to do, please help

                                I had HDFC credit card, I had blocked it 2 years back since it got stolen.Also I had requested customer care not to send new one since I was not planning to use credit card. After 2 years later I have received credit card bill for renewal fee. Even I dont remember my credit card no.
                                How can HDFC sends bill for credit card which has been deactivated two years back. I am sure that HDFC is not government bank and let us know if it has started to give services like government so that I can switch my accounts to any other bank.

                                  In my Credit card bill amount due used to pay by me manually. I didn't register for auto and didn't request anyone for this.Bur last month the amount was deducted from my account even though there was not sufficient amount in my account. So they have returned the amount to my account. At the same day evening transferred sufficient amount to pay and paid my bill. But the problem is they have added extra Rs 450 amount in my credit card bill to return the amount. I have the following questions

                                  1.I didn't registered or asked for auto pay then why they have deducted the amount from account?
                                  2.Even though there was not sufficient amount why they deducted the amount and why they returned the amount back?
                                  3.Without my knowledge how could they deduct amount from my account?
                                  4.If i am not paid the amount they should add fine not deduct amount from my account?
                                  5.Why should I pay the returned fee amount?

                                  Please help me to solve this.

                                      Respected sir. Myself Johny K M. Kannamkulam (h), kizhathadiyoor p o. Palai Kerala. I have settled my credit card amount of 40200 in the month of march. But I couldn't complete my remaining due amount of 12800 because of severe financial troubles on account of health hazards as I underwent angioplasty. But the above bank has debited 53008₹ from my saving account on December 16th. This processes given me an another financial problems. So I kindly request you to grandly refund my remaining amount.
