HDFC Securities — Account closure not done, forcing to keep the account active, deducting annual charges. | |
I have submitted multiple closure forms for closure of DEMAT account with nearest HDFC branch in last one year, no action has been taken by the bank, when ask them about the status they again get a form filled & signed by me for DEMAT closure. I have been debited 800+ INR every year from my bank account, its now seems impossible for me to have patience with the bank. Address of the branch to which i had submitted multiple requests for closure is as below. HDFC BANK LTD GROUND FLOOR SHOP NO 8 AND 9 KOOKAS JAIPUR RAJASTHAN 302028 No action has been taken even after escalation on social media. Feeling helpless due to this kind of behavior of the HDFC Bank. Please take necessary action against bank, i am being mentally harassed from last 1.5 years, dont know how to get out of this vicious circle created by bank.
