Very bad communication from hdfc securities staff here in thalassery branch who attended my call..she is speaking to the customers with very rude tone, irrelevant matters and the problem solution isn't provided..I had the call recording..it's wayyyy more to deal better with zerodha or upstox..I will share my experience to my friend's and relatives and all social media and iam going to switch my funds and securities to other good service providers..My contact number [protected]..[protected]

    Amount deducted from my saving account in the name of depository charges

    Very poor customer service.. I called 4-5 times but the executives blatantly disconnected the call. I asked specifically to be connected to their managers and they did not. SEBI has issued circular allowing customers to sell mutual funds till 3 pm. But HDFC sticks to 1 pm - highly inconvenient for investors.

      I sold 1500 mstc Ltd on ex-dividend date but didn't received the dividend at 3.30 paise per share as it was credited into hdfc sec pool ac.Hdfc sec is least bothered to credit the same into my ac even after repeated reminders over phone and email, when it's time to debit they are very fast but when its time to credit my own money they don't care.
      I will not recommend any one to open a demat ac in hdfc sec because of their pathetic customer service.

      Still even after 15 days ago nothing credited I my ac.

        I have opened new account, which is not operational from the day beginning. Representatives mentioned that there is something called POA which needs to be submitted by them but after 4 days I am not getting any details about the status of account. There are two representatives and one of them shared other representatives contact number but other person saying why I am calling him.

          Non receipt of dividend on Linde India

          I have sold 500 shares of Linde India on 10/09/2020 in my trading account number 3621547 & 1000 shares in my son's trading account number 3562628. 10th September, 2020 is the ex-dividend date. So we are eligible to receive dividend on above shares. Since you moved the shares on the same day from our demat accounts to your account, you must have received dividend in pool account.           I have been hdfc bank customer from past 8 years. I have done loan from bank on many occasions and had paid each and every loan amount on time and without any delay. Now i have two loan amount left one is personal loan and 2nd credit card jumbo loan. I had applied for moratorium for both loan amount till august because of covid -19 condition. Personal loan amount has starting deducting the amount from september 2020 but credit card jumbo loan amount stated generating the bill from july 2020 in-spite of moratorium and from time on wards i am getting continuous calls after informing for moratorium also and they have generated a bill from july and august period (Which was moratorium period) and talking in very unprofessional language.
          I have never skipped a bill till this covid -19.

                Hi, this is atri sharma. My company intuit opened a nps account for me in the month of january 2020. It was a corporate account. I let the company in june 2020 and they asked me to contact hdfc bank to get this account converted into retail one. Since then i'm trying to do the same and running pillar to post to get the right person who can help me out but not able to find. Everybody is sending me to another desk.                   I closed my demat a/c before two years but because of your agent mistake some holdings in hdfc mutual fund. That's why from last two years i am giving annual charges. Your agent mr. Pappu je from hazaribagh jharkhand his mob. No. Is [protected] or [protected].

                        Hdfc has auto debited depository charges even though i have never used my demat account and also i don't have any holdings. Demat account was opened along with my salary account from my company but i never used and i was never been charged.                                 Nowadays, i am observing that very frequently i am facing the problem of logging in to the trading platform of hdfc securities ltd. Causing disturbances in seamless trading of securities. As per my knowledge this is due to technical problem like server problem/bandwidth or some other technical fault etc. At your end. If it is so, it should have been resolved on priority basis for seamless trading experience. Please do the needful. Since i am used to operate on desktop, not comfortable to trade through mobile app.
