I sold 1500 mstc Ltd on ex-dividend date but didn't received the dividend at 3.30 paise per share as it was credited into hdfc sec pool ac.Hdfc sec is least bothered to credit the same into my ac even after repeated reminders over phone and email, when it's time to debit they are very fast but when its time to credit my own money they don't care.
I will not recommend any one to open a demat ac in hdfc sec because of their pathetic...

I have opened new account, which is not operational from the day beginning. Representatives mentioned that there is something called POA which needs to be submitted by them but after 4 days I am not getting any details about the status of account. There are two representatives and one of them shared other representatives contact number but other person saying why I am calling him.

I have been hdfc bank customer from past 8 years. I have done loan from bank on many occasions and had paid each and every loan amount on time and without any delay. Now i have two loan amount left one is personal loan and 2nd credit card jumbo loan. I had applied for moratorium for both loan amount till august because of covid -19 condition. Hi, this is atri sharma. My company intuit opened a nps account for me in the month of january 2020. It was a corporate account. I let the company in june 2020 and they asked me to contact hdfc bank to get this account converted into retail one. Since then i'm trying to do the same and running pillar to post to get the right person who can help me out but not able to find. Everybody is sending me to another desk. I have wasted so many months....

Iam ratnasekhar from vijayawada. My client id's : 3825653 & 3823838.in vijayawada hdfc securities service not at all good. They are not responding phone calls to solve the dealer doughts regarding securities and its accounts. So, please take an action about this matter and solve in couple of days. Otherwise we are able to close the two accounts immediately.

I have opened trading/demat account with hdfc securty, i have holding in idbi bank, for transferring all holding from idbi to hdfc they require latest cmr in crystal format, i am not getting from hdfc....

Hdfc has auto debited depository charges even though i have never used my demat account and also i don't have any holdings. Demat account was opened along with my salary account from my company but i never used and i was never been charged. But this time they have charged and also due to lock down not able to visit and also no demat customer care available during lockdown....

This is regarding some online issues happening while trading in hdfc securities. I have been following up for assigning the relation manager for resolution of the same from last 1 month. After multiple follow ups i was provided the below ref no.
