On 23 Feb, for a trading transaction an amount of 4478 was deducted from my hdfc bank account with customer ID 45962728, but order book or holding showing no record. My money didnt return back to my hdfc bank account even after 7 days, in case of failed transaction.
HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have transferred INR 22841.22 from HDFC net banking to my HDFC security account. This amount does not appear in my HDFC security account.

        HDFC sec has charged me 252 RS in August 2021 month. when I have called HDFC security they told me not to show any depository charge in August 2021 month. they have not given me any answer why this charge deducts from my bank account. they have no justification.

        So I asked them to provide my CM BP ID to register Seedy service in NSDL So I will move my all share to another broker and close my account with HDFC security. but they have always disconnected my call and not provided me CM BP id.

        HDFC sec has charged me 254.88 RS in August 2021 month. when I have called HDFC security they told me not to show any depository charge in August 2021 month. they have not given me any answer why this charge deducts from my bank account. they have no justification.

        So I asked them to provide my CM BP ID to register Speedy service in NSDL. Therefore I will move my shares to another broker and close my account with HDFC security. However, they have always disconnected my call and have not provided me Clearing Members Business Partner ID (CM BP id) Number.

          Kindly look in these discrepencies, as I am dealing in stock by/ sell.
          On 16/02/2022 trading was done for Rs 2, 221510/-, while on 16/02/2022 trading amount message of Rs.634690/- recieved why?
          On 21/02/2022trading of Rs 2, 00380 was done, while on 21/02/2022, message recieved for Rs 2, 03375/- pleases check these discrepencies & let me work in a transparent way, being the preferred client of HDFC with s/b a/c no. [protected]

            Your representative forced me to open a demat account and another representative called me for trading
            and mislead me.
            Traded from my account without my permission and sold out my shares without my knowledge and permission.
            Money is being deducted from my account, I also contacted those who opened my account but they did not help me.

            So he keeps calling me again and again and when it is done he is not paying attention.

              My name is Arun kumar singh and I am senior citizen who cannot run from Pillar to post for a basic need of mine where my client id is disabled and inspite of me sending ckyc form physical they are not activating my trading account 1872893. Kindly help in getting same activated so that i can sell/purchase my shares.

              Also in the age of digital world where you open account digitally while an existing account holder having all details registered with you need to resubmit kyc every year have to send form physically to them. I don't stay in a city where your office is there who can help me in getting my problem solved

                Client ID disabled

                My client ID has been disabled and it’s been more than 15 days that the documents for kyc were submitted. No action. Customer care never picks up the phone. Written so many mails but no reply except auto acknowledgment. There is no provision for e-kyc. The internet says so but their website is horrible. It shows no option or the same. Please help....

                  I had applied for REC Bonds of Rs 5000000 ( RS Fifty Lakhs) as I had sold my property. The bonds were applied through RBL Bank, Gurgaon on 23rd November 2021.
                  The amount of Rs 5000000 ( Fifty Lakhs ) was deducted from my account in RBL Bank on 21st December 2021. (Cheque No 000003 dated 23/12/2021)
                  I was informed that the REC Bonds in physical form would be available
                  within three working weeks.
                  Till date I have not received the Bonds. I wish to know the reason for inordinate delay.

                    I was holding NRI Trading account with Hdfc Securities. Upon return to India in Sep21, my status has changed to Resident . Hence as per govt guidlines I was advised to close the NRI Trading account and open new Trading account with Hdfc Securities which they did in Sep21.
                    After creating the new Trading account Hdfc Sec failed to transfer the old data of purchases in NRI a/c for last 15 years to new account. Due to this I do not get any reports on old NRI transactions as they refuse to transfer old data although they have all the data in question. Due to this I am unable to get reports and capital gains income for tax payment. Hdfc Sec team says that they dont have any capacity to do this and insist that I need to do this mannually at my end. ie enter some 5000+ transactions manuallya. They have taken me for ride for last 5 months promising to provide solution but now have expressed their inability.

                      I have to complaint for HDFC security manager(Patna) Mr. Saharsh who had told me some stupedic sentences regarding my questions for the complaint which is already under process to saharsh from till one month.He talked to me rudely and also not concerned to resolve my problem as soon as possible.So please take some strict action against him

                          i have submitted xerox copies of my adhar and PAN card on 4th January
                          i was told that photo on xerox copy is not clear so submit colour xerox of my pan accordingly i have submitted on 10th January
                          again i was told to submit colour xerox copy of adhar card

                          how many times i should go to your office and submit cannot you take all at a time
                          while accepting cannot you check or scan original documents with you

                          even after complaining there is no response from customer care nor this website

                            Hi Team, I have tried complaining on the charges for multiple times and still waiting for a satisfactory response.
                            The charges on trade is huge and i don't understand the relation in comparison to other competitors.
                            For a trade of 1.02 L you charged me almost 700+ and for the same share while selling you charged me 800+ . For one trade if you will take 1500+ Rs why i should i trade with you.

                              My mother expired on 19.09.2020 and at the time of her death, she was maintaining a 2 broking account - Karvy and HDFC Securities. After my mother expired, Karvy shut down due to fraudulent activities and my mother's exisiting shares were transferred from Karvy to HDFC bank.

                              I, the legal heir, have submitted all the required documents for shares transmission through hdfc local branch to HDFC DP HQ but everytime it is being sent back citing the same reasons and we, all the legal heirs have also provided an Rs 500 indemnity to the bank for post death transaction citing our reasons but the documents gets rejected for the same reasons with no help on how to solve the issues.

                              It gives very bad impressions to clients like me who expects top quality from HDFC but sadly the poor quality and untrained staff who are present at HDFC DP HQ there reviewing the documents are portraying a poor image.

                              I have sent my physical legal documents 3 times till now and after 1 year it is still not being resolved. Please "raise your hiring standards" and place people who can actually solve issues, not people who are placed to harass clients like me and still leave issues unresolved because they cant understand their own work.

                                Amount Debited from HDFC Bank but not credited by HDFC Securities

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had purchased shares on 24th of January, 2022 amounting to Rs. 23, 591.53 vide HDFC Securities and the amount was also debited from my HDFC bank account. However, the Ledger of HDFC Securities is not reflecting the amount deducted from my bank account. Trading Account Number is 69781664. The amount has not been credited, which normally happens the same day.

                                Kindly correlate with the bank account...

                                  My hdfc securities demat account number is IN[protected].

                                  When I check in one of the Chennai branch, they told me that they cannot access the account as it is with Bombay. In the era of internet world, not sure your own branch is not able to access the accounts within HDFC.

                                  Anyways, as mentioned by them can please link my demat account to HDFC securities to Tamilnadu - Chennai - Tambaram branch, for local services.

                                  I have written a mail to [protected]@hdfcsec.com & [protected]@hdfcsec.com. Its been more than a week now after sending the mail and there is no update or response from the team. Kindly expedite this and provide a confirmation at the earliest.
