Dedut Extra DP charges

HDFC sec has charged me 252 RS in August 2021 month. when I have called HDFC security they told me not to show any depository charge in August 2021 month. they have not given me any answer why this charge deducts from my bank account. they have no justification.

So I asked them to provide my CM BP ID to register Seedy service in NSDL So I will move my all share to another broker and close my account with HDFC security. but...

Discrepancies in HDFC a/c no.01151000003309

Kindly look in these discrepencies, as I am dealing in stock by/ sell.
On 16/02/2022 trading was done for Rs 2, 221510/-, while on 16/02/2022 trading amount message of Rs.634690/- recieved why?

Client ID disabled

My client ID has been disabled and it’s been more than 15 days that the documents for kyc were submitted. No action. Customer care never picks up the phone. Written so many mails but no reply except auto acknowledgment. There is no provision for e-kyc. The internet says so but their website is horrible. It shows no option or the same. Please help....

REC Bonds (54EC Bonds)

I had applied for REC Bonds of Rs 5000000 ( RS Fifty Lakhs) as I had sold my property. The bonds were applied through RBL Bank, Gurgaon on 23rd November 2021.
The amount of Rs 5000000 ( Fifty Lakhs ) was deducted from my account in RBL Bank on 21st December 2021. (Cheque No 000003 dated 23/12/2021)
I was informed that the REC Bonds in physical form would be available

Failure to update my New Trading account with data from Old Trading A/c

I was holding NRI Trading account with Hdfc Securities. Upon return to India in Sep21, my status has changed to Resident . Hence as per govt guidlines I was advised to close the NRI Trading account and open new Trading account with Hdfc Securities which they did in Sep21.

Misbehaviour of manager

Missing Mutual Fund in my Portfolio

Charges on transactions

Hi Team, I have tried complaining on the charges for multiple times and still waiting for a satisfactory response.
The charges on trade is huge and i don't understand the relation in comparison to other competitors.
For a trade of 1.02 L you charged me almost 700+ and for the same share while selling you charged me 800+ . For one trade if you will take 1500+ Rs why i should i trade with you.

Regarding shares transmission from my deceased mother to my name

My mother expired on 19.09.2020 and at the time of her death, she was maintaining a 2 broking account - Karvy and HDFC Securities. After my mother expired, Karvy shut down due to fraudulent activities and my mother's exisiting shares were transferred from Karvy to HDFC bank.

Amount Debited from HDFC Bank but not credited by HDFC Securities

Dear Sir,

I had purchased shares on 24th of January, 2022 amounting to Rs. 23, 591.53 vide HDFC Securities and the amount was also debited from my HDFC bank account. However, the Ledger of HDFC Securities is not reflecting the amount deducted from my bank account. Trading Account Number is 69781664. The amount has not been credited, which normally happens the same day.

Link my HDFC securities to Tamilnadu - Chennai - Tambaram branch.

My hdfc securities demat account number is IN[protected].

When I check in one of the Chennai branch, they told me that they cannot access the account as it is with Bombay. In the era of internet world, not sure your own branch is not able to access the accounts within HDFC.

Non updation of kyc and
