I have been trying to reach your customer care for a week. I had sent in a mail but haven't received a response. I even tried calling but no one seems to pick....

My account is not logging in showing contact your system administrator....

I have not received any reply from customer care till now, I mailed them 1 week back.

Below is my conplaint

I had bought a call option on BPCL with a strike price of 245 in the month of November with the call expiry date being 25-Nov-2021.
Total amount deducted from my bank account for the call options and margin in the month of November was 74, 79, 498.24.
Total value of the Call options as of expiry date i.e.: 25-Nov-2021 was 27, 25, 300.00
Total amount of physical settlement was 44, 15, 072.00

Not able to view and purchase and sell digital gold in my hdfc securities account for last 6 months. Contacted customer care phone no several times but they are not responding....

Reference my complaint HBL=[protected]' Updating PAN on hdfcsec.
It is a matter of concern and disgust that my PAN is not updated by HDFC Securities in the two trading accounts in spite of my repeated pleadings. This has resulted in that I am unable to transact in my mutual funds.
The matter is brought to your notice for instructing the above named company to prioritize & do the needful under intimation...

I opened a trading account with HDFC securities[protected] with nice past experience with HDFC Bank.
To my surprise, I see really bad service from HDFC securities.

Firstly, 3 MONTHS have been taken to assign a relationship manager.
Secondly, relationship manager won't be available whenever we call them for any service.

I am wondering why should we opt for a premium broker like HDFC Securities when...

I had submitted a demat account closure with HDFC bank in the year 2015 and had an acknowledgement from them for the same over email. Ever since they every year for the last 7 years they havent closed the account and are harassing me by asking me for a acknowledgement. The lady in the branch acknowledged it over email and I have the email but they are charging me annual charges every year and harassing me continuously. My emails also went...

I have received a voucher of amazon worth Rs 500/-. however i am unable to activate it. Every time i try, it shows an error saying there is issue generating ny request. Please generate a new voucher or regenerate it. Itwill expire on 30.12.2021. Have sent an email regarding this but haven't got the issue resolved....

Both and App and Websites are not working with the error that Account is locked. I unlocked it multiple times and still same issue happens. I sent email to Customer care and reached them over phone. I waited on the calls for nearly 20 mins and then call got disconnected. This is the worst service in digital age....

I have redeem the voucher but vouche activation code was not recieved in my ragisterd mail id and ragisterd mobile number...

Don’t have any details to login in to my newly opened Demat account
No body responding
Customer care not picking up the call...

I am talking about Noida’s sector 18 branch, I opened the account, it was inactive for about 2 months, on hdfc’s advice….closed and reopened the account, now nothing is happening….no login details….customer care not picking up the call, hdfc securities guys don’t know what to do,...

I have reffered successfully my three friends and they opened successfully DEMAT account for HDFC SECURITIES but yet I don't received the referral amount .

HDFC Bank opened demat account without my consent while open my salary account from HDFC bank. I don't need demat account and doesn't know how to use and I am totally unaware about it. Now daily getting mails from HDFC banking stating my demat account is inactive. HDFC Bank is asking charges for closure of demat account. HDFC Bank shouldn't do this kind of forgery to their customer. Really depressed with HDFC Bank act on creating demat account...

It is noticed that there is a difference in equity holdings between HDFC Bank d mat holdings statement and HDFC Securities statement as mentioned below. I am also enclosing herewith equities holding statement from Bank and Securities for your immediate reference and request you to kindly clarify the same at the earliest and oblige.

There are frequent debits from my bank account to HDFC Securities Limited. When checked with with they asked to check with HDFC Securities Limited team but the team is not responding.Why they are charging those amounts frequently without any intimation or permission? Please help me out to stop those charges....

I had placed an order for a stock through HDFC Securities app. I was trying to modify and/or cancel the order. It did not give me any error. I tried to do the same through their website, no error but the order did not get modified/cancelled. I called their customer care, where I was told there can be a routing issue. I am still on hold by the time customer care calls backend to cancel my order.
By that time the stock reached its upper...
