Sir, I had been to your above said office frequently, for the purpose of Investment in Systematic investment in HDFC Flexi Cap Fund, HDFC Hybride Equity Fund, TATA Digital India Fund, TATA Flexi Cap fund, and Canara Ribaco Equity Hybride Fund etc. For the purpose you have send one Mr. Raviraj of HDFC to my residence to complete the formalities of opening of Bank Account in HDFC Bank. Mr Raviraj has been provided two cheques No 185428 for Rs 5000 and 185429 for Rs 1000 dated 20.11.2021 of SBI. Accordingly my Account No[protected] has been open and I have been allotted customer I D[protected]. Further you have insisted for D mat Account for the purpose of SIP. Accordingly my Dmat Account has been open vide No[protected].
Sir, instead of completing SIP procedure and inspite of my repeated request that I am not at all interested in treading, you have treaded in Punjab national bank. This is serious violation of SEBI rule You may see your CCTV footage available in your office. You are now requested to sell the shares of panjab national bank whatever you have purchased. And inform me accordingly. Please do not make any trading without written instructions.
I have been to your office for only Investment in Systematic investment in HDFC Flexi Cap Fund, HDFC Hybride Equity Fund, TATA Digital India Fund, TATA Flexi Cap fund, and Canara Ribaco Equityu Hybride Fund and not in treading in Share Market.
Please do not make any activity in my treading account as I am not interested in Treading in share market. Else I will required to take the matter to The Director, Security and Exchange Board of India, Bandra Kurla Complex Mumbai ; with a copy to Shri Dhriaj Relli “Alpha”, Office Floor 8, Opp. Crompton Greaves, Near Kanjurmarg Station Kanjurmarg(East), Mumbai 400 042 India.

The above letter has already been sent to Shri Gaikwad. Till today He has not taken any action as per my instructions. I am sustaining loss due to his delay in taking action.
Sir it is requested to issue instructions to the field to take action in light of my above letter dated 31.12.2021. and also to take immediate action to open my SIPs in the funds as mentioned above.

    Hi,

    Past 4 days, I am visit HDFC Bank MG. Road (pune) branch and Bund Garden Branch for closure of HDFC demat account. But every time they are saying that this is HDFC Bank not HDFC security office. And avoid futhure discuss.

    Even I have download HDFC Bank Demat closure form.

          I have not received any reply from customer care till now, I mailed them 1 week back.

          Below is my conplaint

          I Have applied for Derivative Value [protected]@ Rs.199, from my account Rs. 234.82 was debited.

          I have received message as below,
          Derivative Value Plan @ Rs 199. Get FREE ProTerminal, 0 Interest on Derivatives Margin & FLAT Rs 20/order. Buy Now www.gs.im/n/xFILVkePbre -HDFC securities.

          But when I am placing order, this plan was not working,

          I charging brokerage Rs.232 for buying option of Hcltech 30 Dec 1300 CE.

            Hi,

            I had bought a call option on BPCL with a strike price of 245 in the month of November with the call expiry date being 25-Nov-2021.
            Total amount deducted from my bank account for the call options and margin in the month of November was 74, 79, 498.24.
            Total value of the Call options as of expiry date i.e.: 25-Nov-2021 was 27, 25, 300.00
            Total amount of physical settlement was 44, 15, 072.00

            From the amount deducted and amount returned, there is roughly 30, 58, 426.00 lacs missing.

            I've tried to reach out to the relationship manager in Bangalore branch a week ago and also to HDFC customer care in this regard. I've not received any explanation or response in writing regarding this so far.

            As the investment amount is huge and I'm missing roughly 30 Lacs in my account, I'm unable to make any further investments.

            This is unacceptable customer service from HDFC securities and shows
            lack of expertise from their derivatives team.

                Reference my complaint HBL=[protected]' Updating PAN on hdfcsec.
                It is a matter of concern and disgust that my PAN is not updated by HDFC Securities in the two trading accounts in spite of my repeated pleadings. This has resulted in that I am unable to transact in my mutual funds.

                  I opened a trading account with HDFC securities[protected] with nice past experience with HDFC Bank.
                  To my surprise, I see really bad service from HDFC securities.

                  Firstly, 3 MONTHS have been taken to assign a relationship manager.
                  Secondly, relationship manager won't be available whenever we call them for any service.

                  I am wondering why should we opt for a premium broker like HDFC Securities when there is no proper service provided for the paid premium charges

                    Non Closure of Demat Account inspite of released requests

                    I have received a voucher of amazon worth Rs 500/-. however i am unable to activate it. Every time i try, it shows an error saying there is issue generating ny request. Please generate a new voucher or regenerate it. Itwill expire on 30.12.2021. Have sent an email regarding this but haven't got the issue resolved.

                      My Account is locked

                      Both and App and Websites are not working with the error that Account is locked. I unlocked it multiple times and still same issue happens. I sent email to Customer care and reached them over phone. I waited on the calls for nearly 20 mins and then call got disconnected. This is the worst service in digital age....

                        I am talking about Noida’s sector 18 branch, I opened the account, it was inactive for about 2 months, on hdfc’s advice….closed and reopened the account, now nothing is happening….no login details….customer care not picking up the call, hdfc securities guys don’t know what to do,

                            HDFC Bank opened demat account without my consent while open my salary account from HDFC bank. I don't need demat account and doesn't know how to use and I am totally unaware about it. Now daily getting mails from HDFC banking stating my demat account is inactive. HDFC Bank is asking charges for closure of demat account. HDFC Bank shouldn't do this kind of forgery to their customer. Really depressed with HDFC Bank act on creating demat account without my consent. Kindly help to spread this information. People can know about HDFC Bank services.

                              It is noticed that there is a difference in equity holdings between HDFC Bank d mat holdings statement and HDFC Securities statement as mentioned below. I am also enclosing herewith equities holding statement from Bank and Securities for your immediate reference and request you to kindly clarify the same at the earliest and oblige.
