My brother "Sanket Babarao Munde" died on 18th Aug 2020 who had HDFC securities bank account. I being the nominee of this account started the transmission process of his shares to my HDFC securities. However, I got to know that due to my negligence I had sold some shares in his demat account and the amount that was released after selling got stuck in his DEMAT ACCOUNT ITSELF. Because the HDFC saving account to which it should have got deposited automatically is in deactivated state ( we had informed the HDFC bank about my brother death hence they had deactivated it). So the situation is the money that was released after selling of stock is stuck in demat account and as I got to know from HDFC securities employee we cannot proceed till it is released to saving account. Futhermore, Im not getting any help from HDFC bank or HDFC security personnel. They are just tossing the matter to each other. It's been more than 6 months now with progress. Hence lodging my complaint here asking for help.

    Dear Team,

    Without my knowledge hdfc bank employee created the demat a/c even i dont know how to trade and how demat a/c works,
    I just ignored at that time because i dont know what will cost on that time now i cant close my bank a/c because of this issue plz take care of this issue and help me to solve this issue,
    Now im asking to close demat a/c but they are asking outstanding charges 885 which is insufficient balance in my a/c
    and even i cant pay that amount and my financial situation is also worst to pay this plz close my demat a/c

          I am an old customer of HDFC bank and thus HDFC Secturities. I am charged unauthorised charges from HDFC Securities on 8th May 2021 and 10 may 2021. The details are as follows :
          (a) On 8th May - Net PI to HSL Sec A-c 249634400602340029410 - Ref no.[protected] Amount - Rs.1395
          (b) On 10th May - Net PI to HSL Sec A-c 249634400602340029410 - Ref no.[protected] Amount - Rs.5024.87
          These are values which are not even nearby anywhere close to the brokerage charges for the trades I placed on the HDFC Securities Portal.

            Non refund of non-allotted IPOs

            Hi, myself Arriesh, I am a customer of HDFCSecurities recently i purchased 2 IPOs(Laxmi Organics and Nazara Technologies) via ASBA in HDFC Sec, both of which was not allotted to me.
            My concern is I did not receive my refund amount in my bank account for these non-allotted IPOs
            Have been sending mail since past 3-4 days but there has no response from HDFC Securities, hence the request via this platform.

            Address: Registered Address: I Think Techno Campus, Building, B, Alpha, Office Floor 8, Near Kanjurmarg Station, Kanjurmarg (East), Mumbai -400 042.

            My hdfc securities account was about to go inactive on 24 March. I placed an IPO request on 16 March. But still I was getting messages. I called customer care, but they told they are just "bulk " messages and everything is fine. When I write email to customer care, there is no response. Now my account got deactivated and I have to do re KYC. I called my relationship manager, but no response. She told IPO doesn't help and so the account got deactivated and she'll send me the form, but no response yet. They have no responsibility and I'm not able to use my account

              I visited Jalandhar Model Town Branch yesterday to open Non- Individual HUF Demat Account. Staff is not co-operative and hesitate to open Non- Individual Demat Account. Rather staff hesitate to accept filled form.

                            I am having demat/trading account with your company for more than 15 years (Ref DP ID: IN300476, Customer ID:[protected]. Earlier, my account was attached with your Adayar Branch (Mr Karthik and BM - Mr. Rengarajan) used to support and it was going on well. In the Covid time, I did not operate the account due to reasons which everyone is aware of, being a senior citizen, I was not allowed to move from home i.e from my house - at Mylapore. When I was trading recently, the system asked for KYC and I tried your Adayar branch which I understand it is closed. I got the numbers from your website and contacted Mr. Krishna Kumar, BM, TTK Road Branch, and asked for the details of my account. He queired how much amount you hv invested and other questions which are irrelevant to ask to the client. Today, I called him and asked for appointment to know on 'EQ Optimiser and Basket Investing', he refused to talk to me and asked me to get in touch with Mumbai Central Office. I tried thru Toll free numbers which are as usual not able to support me. I request you to transfer my account details with Anna Road, Chennai branch and ask your representative to talk to me to clarify my doubts.                                   Submitted form closure cum transfer of demat 1month back.
                                  After that. Closure transfer not done - on asking got multilpe solution like kyc updae, trading closure form and so on
                                  Best part is hot customer care person does not knowledge the problem and solution
                                  Each time I get different query

                                  I have never seens such hopeless, 3rd classic system
                                  As results I have started closure my health insurance, term plan from hdfc to other system

                                    I did the TCS shares buy back through HDFC securities. TCS has transferred the amount to HDFC securities on 4th Jan. But they didn't transfer to my linked savings account but taken the charges from my linked account.
                                    It is almost 15 days no response on this and no proper communication.
                                    They are not all handling this issue with responsibility.
                                    I am worrying lot as it is huge amount and is pending more than 15 days.

                                      This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                                      Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 914.50/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 15th jan 2021 under the name of depository charges

                                      Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 914..50/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

                                      Please do the needful as earliest.
