[Resolved] HDFC Securities — Incompetent online trading staff | |
I have had the worst experience today in my almost 12 years of trading with HDFC securtites i have never faced a situation like this . I had called the online trading number to purchase two MF's yesterday. Despite repeating multiple time that i wanted the ICICi mutli asset MF - IDCW regular payout, i got a rude shock today when i got to know that the incompetent staff had selected the wrong option and purchased the ICICI Multi Asset GROWTH MF. All i get is a sorry but there is no sense of any responsibility taken. I have now been told to sell the same . Loss of course I WILL bear . Have realised HDFC staff be it securities or HDFC life are excellent at saying sorry and letting you handle your problem created by them in the first place. Makes me want to take out all my investments from this bank and move it elsewhere if this is the kind of incometent, useless staff that they are recruiting Was this information helpful? | |
