I have applied for D mat account along with opening of S.B. Account 10.07.2020. All papers for opening D mat account has been submitted along with S.B. Account. My S.B. Account No. [protected]. Original Form for Dmat account and all the required papers have been misplaced by your bank. Hence, I submitted Form for Dmat and required papers second time before 3/4 months as required by your staff. Thereafter many further papers also required by your staff have been submitted. But still today today no dmat account of mine have been opened. Now you are requested to do needful at the earliest or otherwise I have to close my S.B. Account. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
