HDFC Securities — NO OTP in Mail & SMS

Presently in KSA. When attempting HDFC sec. trading prompt says OTP sent to "OTP successfully sent to your registered mobile number/email id"
HDFC Bank has both my registered mobile number as well as email id,
Why I am not able to receive it?????
Kindly help.

Not receiving OTP is a big issue that I am also struggling with for a long time and over then, no satisfactory support from customer care! Would never recommend one to trade through this hassle sail platform.
