HDFC Securities — Non updation of kyc and

My trading account is 300584 with hdfcsecurities i had a very bad experience with their staff
since my demat account was non operative for a long so I have contacted them as per their advise I went to Mulund west branch along with filled form and two black and white xerox copies of PAN and Adhar card and submitted it to Mr. Om on 4th January 2022

As there was no call I contacted relationship manager she told me since photo on the PAN card is not clear better you submit colour xerox copy of PAN card. accordingly I have submitted to Mr. Om on 10th of January 2022.
As there was no response I contacted relationship manager she told me now they need colour xerox of adhar card to validate my kyc

Now tell me when i went on 4th why they have not asked colour xerox whey have have taken my black and white xerox. They should have scanned my original adhar and PAN cards since i have carried with me
why colour adhar xerox was not asked when i have visited them for the second time on 10th January

they are neither replying to my email and getting angry when i call them. relationship manger says enquire where you hve submitted documents. Mulund west branch people says our duty is to just forward documents

They are blaming each other and there is no higher authorities to talk to
How many times a account holder should visit their office
