[Resolved] HDFC Securities — Regarding payment and mental harassment done by the bank | |
I have been hdfc bank customer from past 8 years. I have done loan from bank on many occasions and had paid each and every loan amount on time and without any delay. Now i have two loan amount left one is personal loan and 2nd credit card jumbo loan. I had applied for moratorium for both loan amount till august because of covid -19 condition. Personal loan amount has starting deducting the amount from september 2020 but credit card jumbo loan amount stated generating the bill from july 2020 in-spite of moratorium and from time on wards i am getting continuous calls after informing for moratorium also and they have generated a bill from july and august period (Which was moratorium period) and talking in very unprofessional language. I have never skipped a bill till this covid -19. Was this information helpful? | |
