[Resolved] HDFC Securities — Trading account locked- organization's poor customer support | |
This is to bring to your notice that i have been requesting for enabling my demat and trading account from past two months, till now there have been two applications taken from my end and both the times i received an absurd reason for rejection 1st reason : address mismatch- This is my own house and i have all proofs on this address, i have given driving license with same address, no idea why the application gets rejected iam an account holder in HDFC bank with acc no [protected] 2nd REASON : Application photo is not clear : I strongly feel that the organization cannot penalise the customer for the photo not being clear as the scanning part is not handled by us. At Least there should be a mechanism to resolve such issues instead of waiting endlessly for customer to complaint Iam in need to do the trading and further close my DEMAT account, that's for the pathetic service. Hence request to revolve this issue on priority. Will not hesitate to approach consumer court Was this information helpful? | |
