The company's product page clearly shows a bluetooth shure se 215 earphone for the price of rs.8499/- as shown in the picture attached with the complaint. I received a wired product instead and the company claimed that the product page showed the image of a bluetooth wireless by mistake. Now they will not take the product back and send me a refund.

This online company doesn't provide refund of material purchased from its website even In first 7 days.

I had buyed headphones and they were
Very useless and within 1-2 days I called cust care and sent emails for refund
But they don't have any refund policy.

They are cheating people

    Dear team,

    I had ordered jays t four wireless earphones on 23rd october but due to build quality and worst customer service i'm totally unsatisfied.

    I'm asking please refund my money 2999/- to same bank account from which it got debited but they are cheaters neither call get connected customer care when we required a help nor they will call... If they call then say we will get back to you and then call will be disconnected.

    Please file a case against them (Headphonezone.in)

    I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter soon.

      I purchased a Wireless earphone from the website headphonezones.com. but i received fake China products instead of original sony and bose headphone. I have spent 180prs. But now there is no response from the website fro return of the product. I tried contacting and even mailed several times but no response.

          Had ordered for sony wireless behind-neck in ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds for rs. 1699/-. But the consignment that i got (12 oct'19) today was a single jbl head phone with wire which has the mrp of rs. 749/- written on the packet. I have written to them but there is no response. Their email is carrying headphonezone.in website name. When i contacted the headphonezone.in they told me that they have not sold the consignment to me and that the company's which might have sold to me would be headphonearea.in whose email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I need the consignment to be exchanged immediately with the product i desire or i require the refund. Kindly help me in redressing this online cheating by this company.

                There was not my fault. You can check the call records of mine i done nothing or i don't use any dirty language. They are saying i am misbehave with the employee of them i only ask where is my headphone they said i give them a worng address. Then ok then take a new address. But miss deepa and the courier services were not able to call me and take a new address they said i have to go the courier service office. I also go there but they didn't receive my call.

                  I have ordered Ajays 5 from headphonezone and recieved a flat bass less earphones sounding like a cheap 250 rupees earphone.
                  It costed me around 1800 for the earphones and when I tried returning the product they are babbling about the return policy that if my product is defective only then they will come and pick it up else i need to ship my earphones to them.
                  I talked to customer care and they dont care.
                  Please don't order from this site they are fraud.
                  A jays 5 has a rating of 3 or 3.5 on all sites except headphonezone it has 4+ star rating.
                  They fool customers in buying earpgones and then show their lame service.
                  Such sites need to be close down.
