Health Mug — wrong medicines dispatched but not replaced

It is about two months when i ordered the homeopathic medicine with full advance payments, but i received the wrong medicines. Despite of several reminders over phone and complaints on 'contact us' i have been given only false assurances. I am still waiting for the right medicines for me.

My order I'd is OD[protected]. I don't have my order till date. I also track the order but it don't show any progress.l call on the customer care but no response. Plz solve this problem.
