Healthifyme — Cancellation Policy not available - deduction upon the mood of the customer care executive
The sales person from HealthifyMe - Zayed, sold me an annual subscription of Rs. 10, 800. He confirmed, whenever I wanted to exit from it, it was possible and money would be refunded on pro-rata basis. This meaning, if I cancel the subscription after 2 months, I would be only charged for 2 months of service and rest 10 months would be refunded. Now, the customer care says, as per the policy 50% would be deducted and additional Rs. 750. Meaning Rs. 5, 400 + Rs 750 = Rs. 6, 150 would be deducted. So only Rs. 4, 650 would be refunded. When I checked online on the website, there is no cancellation policy, there was no clear communication on the cancellation and I spoke to the sales person and he confirmed there is no policy but he would initiate the request with the concerned department and initiate request for Rs. 4, 650 refund. To me, this seems illogical - Firstly the service is not good, the trainers keep repeating the same content and points are repeated. Secondly, if the service is availed for 2 months, they should deduct 2 months subscription fees. Was this information helpful?

Same here. I was sold the Transform plan after being clearly explained (or rather misguided) that if I choose the annual plan, and opt for a monthly Emi, I can cancel the plan anytime and not pay for the subsequent months. Now after 5 months, I want to cancel the plan and the support team and the so called senior escalations manager etc are pointing out that they had mentioned in their terms and conditions that there is no cancellation. But there is no accountability for the blatant lying or the what now feels like (after reaching so many similar complaints here) a planned misinformation being fed to the customers by the executive who are trying to sell the plans. Shame on the company.
