I Had Enrolled On Healthifyme On 30th June 2020. I Took A Subscription For 10 Months And It Costed Me Rs.30000 At The Time Of Enrollment I Was Told I Can Cancel The Subscription Anytime And I Will Get My Money Back. I Will Also Get It Back If I Do Not See Any Results. But Now When I Have Requested To Cancel The Subscription Due To Some Personal Reasons, I Am Being Denied A Refund. They Emailed Me Their Refund Policy Which Was Never Disclosed Earlier. I Am Loosing 21000 Or More.. It Is Not A Small Amount. Requesting A Refund For The Months Which Are Still Pending.
