Fraud In post sale
I purchased the plan from HealthifyMe in September. During the sale of the plan the agent mentioned that I can cancel the plan and only pay for the months where plan was active. Now after 2 months I am not satisfied I canceled the plan still company is asking me to pay the emi y? I am not asking for refund. I am asking for noc or a supporting document to close the emi. They are not ready to support on this issue so I am raising a complaint. I asked the company to take the device which they gave during the plan activation. They forced me to keep it. The weight checking machine is in pitty packed condition with packing boxes and manual and cell in it. Kindly look into it and give me resolution where I am not satisfied so I deactivated the plan and why I am supposed to pay the rest installment? All there fraud hidden clauses are coming once a customer stops the plan. They have cheated so many customers in market.

Healthifyme is a fraud company.they have disabled help desk chat option in healthifyme app and I am not able to connect with customer support.If I call on costumer care numer they did not resolve my issue..they are not providing refund..my time and money is wasted

Did not receive HealthifyMe smartscale
HealthifyMe charged Rs12500 for a 6 month transform plan which included smratscale as well. At the time of purchase they told since I reside in Canada it is not possible to send it there. I thought if they courier it to my India address, I could get it to Canada in any other way. So I gave my India address and asked and followed up multiple times through chat and email to the customer support team. Initially they said my plan is about to expire, so what I paid money for weighing scale as well. Then they said I would receive it in few days and weeks passed and there is utterly no response from them. I would request consumer forum to look into this issue and help me

Ties up for Helath Plans on EMI, with no agreement and no terms and conditions to share with the customer. You cannot cancel or claim refund, i tried cancelling the EMIs through the bank but were denied by HealthifyMe
Total Fruadlent company, no customer executive will speak with you to resolve. Say that we reach out to them within 3 months of joining, but no guidleines ever shared

EMI - They promised me to cut my EMI on 15th of every month but it's 5th of every month

Sales Person (Navya) made false commitment by saying that on every 15th they will cut my EMI but bank is deducting on every 5th.
They are really fake I mean just for a sale they are lying like anything and this is just a scam.

I (Anuradha )have enrolled in HealthifyMe in June and right from DAY 1, I couldnt use APP as I am not comfortable using that. Within 30 days, I have reached out to support Team regarding this, they didn't update me about 100% refund policy within 30 days, If I would have known that I would have opted that on the same day. Poor experience. Initially Miss Radhika said your full amount will be deducted instantly and it will be converted to emi later. The excess amount will be credited to your source account and it will deducted on monthly basis. But everything was a lie. Now she is saying amount once deducted cannot be converted to emi as the amount is less than 5500.
Cancellation policy: initially she said it is 100% refundable within 30days however later she said processing fee of 750rs will be deducted.
I want my full refund, else i will escalate the same to the consumer forum.

I had downloaded HealthifyMe app and purchased a plan after talking and discussing with their executive. I was sold the Transform plan after being clearly explained (or rather misguided) that if I choose the annual plan, and opt for a monthly Emi, I can cancel the plan anytime and not pay for the subsequent months. Now after 5 months, I want to cancel the plan and the support team and the so called senior escalations manager etc are pointing...

Incorrectly charged money and refused refund

I have the exact same experience where I was told that whenever I wanted to exit from it, it was possible and money would be refunded on pro-rata basis. This meaning, if I cancel the subscription after 2 months, I would be only charged for 2 months of service and rest 10 months would be refunded. and now I am being charged 750+ 1450 (the bank interest charges) which was initially mentioned as being “waived off” and paid by HealthifyMe on my behalf.. @healthifyme @TusharVashisht @SachinShenoi are in the business of cheating n fleecing customer of their money n trust. money charged wrongful, is refused to be refunded without undue cancellation fees + bank interest charges.stand with a begging bowl instead!

The point to note is I raised my cancellation the same day I signed up for the plan and hence why should there be any charge..

The sales person from HealthifyMe - Zayed, sold me an annual subscription of Rs. 10, 800. He confirmed, whenever I wanted to exit from it, it was possible and money would be refunded on pro-rata basis. I Had Enrolled On Healthifyme On 30th June 2020. I Took A Subscription For 10 Months And It Costed Me Rs.30000 At The Time Of Enrollment I Was Told I Can Cancel The Subscription Anytime And I Will Get My Money Back. I Will Also Get It Back If I Do Not See Any Results. But Now When I Have Requested To Cancel The Subscription Due To Some Personal Reasons, I Am Being Denied A Refund. They Emailed Me Their Refund Policy Which Was Never Disclosed...

Need of refund
For the subscription on june 2nd i paid rs5510 money got debited from my account and payment to healthifyme was not successful so then consultant asked me to pay again and then i paid again of same amount.. Then i claimed in my bank and they had processed it and they have informed that they have credited the amount to healthifyme. So i'm in need of refund. I raised many tickets and comtacted customer care multiple times till now i didn't receive even single call regarding this complaint. Im really frustrated because of this.

I took a muscle up plan with a commitment of money back guarantee regarding improvement in muscle definition and body.
All the things prescribed to me including expensive supplements were purchased and consumed and performed in a manner told to me.
Still due to the mistake on their side, my body deteriorated instead of improving, which is not at all acceptable.
After all these actions, they are avoiding
Communication with me, and increasing my burden which much more adds to the problem.
I want compensation of my payment made to muscle up plan and misguidance and also of expensive supplements purchased.

I am not able to work with the healthify app, it empties my battery. I would like to quit. I have paid 6120/- for 3 month's deal. Is it possible to get my refund back. I had registered it on 20/12/19. Today it's 22/12/19.
