HealthifyMe charged Rs12500 for a 6 month transform plan which included smratscale as well. At the time of purchase they told since I reside in Canada it is not possible to send it there. I thought if they courier it to my India address, I could get it to Canada in any other way. So I gave my India address and asked and followed up multiple times through chat and email to the customer support team. Initially they said my plan is about to expire, so what I paid money for weighing scale as well. Then they said I would receive it in few days and weeks passed and there is utterly no response from them.
