Healthifyme — EMI - They promised me to cut my EMI on 15th of every month but it's 5th of every month

Sales Person (Navya) made false commitment by saying that on every 15th they will cut my EMI but bank is deducting on every 5th.
They are really fake I mean just for a sale they are lying like anything and this is just a scam.
