To whom it may concern,

Poor experience. Initially Miss Radhika said your full amount will be deducted instantly and it will be converted to emi later. The excess amount will be credited to your source account and it will deducted on monthly basis. But everything was a lie. Now she is saying amount once deducted cannot be converted to emi as the amount is less than 5500.
Cancellation policy: initially she said it is 100% refundable within 30days however later she said processing fee of 750rs will be deducted.

I want my full refund, else i will escalate the same to the consumer forum.
