[Resolved] Healthkart — Counterfeit MB Whey | |
Team, I had ordered 2 flavors of MB Whey Protien - Vanilla & Strawberry. While Vanilla was good, the box for Strawberry flavor was open without any seal on the Box. As I opened the Vanilla first and was consuming the same, I opened the strawberry flavor box yesterday and there was no seal on it, no authentication code was present and the Barcode on the cap was faded. The Protein powder was also having a foul smell. I received a mail from the HealthKart Customer Care that as the 48 hours were passed do they can't entertain my request of refund/replacement of the product, whereas nowhere it was mentioned that the product has to be opened within 48 hours and as I already mentioned I had ordered 2 boxes, so cant start consuming both at the same time.
