I ordered two items from HealthKart
(1) Swisse Ultiboost Odourless High Strength Wild Fish Oil
(2) TrueBasics Multivitamin
Only item (1) had been delivered. The status on the order history page of their website says both the items were delivered on the same day (22-Jun-2023).
I raised a complaint to their customer care on 24-Jun-2023 via email ([protected]@healthkart.com). Even after many to and fro emails, I'm not getting any assurance of refund/delivery of the missing item. They repeated reply to my emails saying - as per their records, the items were delivered. However, they're not providing me with the proof of delivery, in that case.
