[Resolved]  Healthkart — delivered damaged product and denying for return

I have ordered muscleblaze whey gold isolate from healthkart on 10 aug delivered to me on 16 aug it was delivered in damage condition i have wrote to customer healthkart customer executive call me and ask me to send images i have send images yesterday but till now no response when i tried to call they are not recieving they put my number in black list
As per their return policy the if the product is damaged they will return but they are dening their own policy
My order number is

Please see it to the matter otherwise i have to go to higher officials
Hope u will solve the issue and accept my return request and refund my money

My name is ashish katte. I have ordered my whey protein at 14 aug 2018.
Product estimated delivery is at 21 aug .
When track my id status then it shows shipment missrouted .
What should i do now .
