[Resolved] Healthkart — Did not received the product | |
I have ordered a Whey Protein of Muscleblaze (8.8 lbs) from halthkart.com, it was about to reach me on 15/10/2020. Today is 19/10/2020 and I didn't get any update of my product. Moreover, I also received a SMS on 16/10/2020 asking me to keep the money ready (as it was on COD) and my product is out for delivery. But, till toady i didn't received the product. I called the customer care[protected] on 15/10/2020 as well as 16/10/2020 and 17/10/202, l and they assured me that I will get my product within 24 to 48 hours. But, its been more than 72 hours and still I didn't get my product. My register number in Healthkart is [protected], please look into my matter so that i get the product as soon as possible.
