I want to return my order (Ultimate Nutrition Prostar whey protein) with order ID HKA[protected]. By the time i received the product, outer seal is already broken and there are 5 holes on the top of the lid. I have received the order on March 14th 2022 and i placed return on the same day. I was asked to attach the product images . As per the customer care associate request i have attached all the images which they have asked for. After multiple follow ups with the customer care, they have responded on April 5th 2022, customer care team is denying for return mentioning the reason that outer seal is broken. The reason why i am returning the product is because of outer seal is already broken and the customer care is denying for the same reason.
Hope u will solve the issue and accept my return request and refund my money.
