I ordered NakPro Nutrition's Whey Protein Perform pack of 2 (2KG) total cost RS.2649 & their is a offer that if paid through SIMPL pay in 3, you will get 10% cashback, cashback will reflect in your account in 24 hours & its 60+ hours while I'm posting this complaint that I can't received my refund yet.
I mailed both companies, but SIMPL said that,
"As specified by HealthKart, all the issues regarding the transactions are to be directed to them. Since the cancellations, refunds, and changing of the status of the transactions can only be done by the merchant.
We request you to kindly write to HealthKart so they can assist you further."
& When I mailed to HealthKart they said,
"We request you to please get in touch with the simpl for the better assistance, as CASHBACK offer is from simpl"
