[Resolved] Healthkart — I m complaining about recently purchased peanut butter. | |||||
I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the service of healthkart. I have pyrchased 1 kg peanut butter and it was damaged when i received. I captyred a photo of the product when received. I have tried several time to reach to ur customer care as there is no option to return on healthkart. I complained it on the phone call but they told me to drop a mail with picture. Its the most frustrating procedure to return something. I am not gonna order anything from healthkart now onwards for the poor service and non easy return facility.
