[Resolved] Healthkart — No resolution till date | |
This is to inform the concerned that I recently received a call from +[protected] regarding product that was picked up by by Healthkart executive for replacement/ refund process. This is regarding product which was returned because the product had old manufacturing date & scratches all over it. The images of product have already been shared in previous mails in which it can be clearly seen that the product seal is unused or unbroken. Below is invoice attached along with only sealed images of product as according to call received from the person the seal is half broken or tampered & is failing in quality check. This is my 2nd -3rd product for which i have raised complaint which can be seen in order history. Requesting the authorities to provide images of broken seal asap of the product as i would not be accepting the same product if delivered again.
