I purchased GNC whey protein from Healthkart, received product was damaged as its container was crushed, and on opening the lid it had bugs on top of the inner covering, which was also ripped.
So I called healthkart customer care, and they told me to send the photos of the container with expiry date and top to down photos, to their official email, which I did, and ticket was created.
After no update for couple of hours, I called them again, this time the customer care representative told me to send picture of carton box as well, which I had already disposed off. After I told them your customer care representative didn't tell me about this earlier, they told that its not possible to replace without picture of carton box.
After sometime i received an email

Dear Jasmeet,
This is with reference to your e-mail dated Sep 01, 2022.
As per your telephonic conversation with our executive. since you have discarded the carton box then in that scenario, it's not eligible for further investigation or return thus, we are closing this ticket as we are unable to process any next action (return/replacement/refund).
I have been a regular customer of healthkart, but seeing their behaviour I will not ever use healthkart again and will try to bring as much as awareness possible everywhere on my social media and other platforms.
