The product delivered damaged and was not passing authentication, when tried reaching out to customer care of healthkart on the same day of delivery. They asked for pictures which i provided. No response. I tried reminding them but they again asked for the same picture. Later they started wasting time for inspection and dodging instead of initiating the refund.
After so many days I received a call from healthkart saying the product is damaged(Oh common, that was the reason it was returned by me, right)
The person on the call refused to let me talk to any superior and was harsh to provide any other information. Was this information helpful? |
