[Resolved] Healthkart — On gold standard 100% whey protein | |
I have ordered an ON whey protein from HealthKart on 9th May 2021. On receiving the product I saw the authentic code is scratched and its not visible. I want to return the product with the inner seal intact but they are not providing any support to do that. They are saying that outer seal is broken so you cannot return the product. I am attaching the image of the area where authentication code is marked. Please help me in this regard and take action against them for not selling genuine products in their website. Being a distributor of medical goods they should have more responsibilities on making sure that product is not duplicated, altered in any way.
