I am writing to you to raise an issue about Sports & Fitness The issue that I have experienced was: My recent purchase of ON (Optimum Nutrition) Essential Amino Energy is not consumable as when I open the package the seal was broken and the product was spilled all over the lead. Powder lumps are formed and even the desiccant is covered with lumps all over it. It's is clearly mentioned 'do not use if seal is broken'. I am not satisfied with the response towards my complaint and its clear negligence towards the customer's concern. I am not going to use the product and thus wasted my money on relying on this horrendous service from HealthKart. I wish to take legal action so no one else should suffer and the seller should act responsibly.
