[Resolved]  Healthkart — On serious mass 12 lbs

I had ordered a on serious mass 12 lbs on 31st December 2016..and its 16th January 2017 i had cancelled my order on 31st December but i have not received any refunds against my cancellation. I had ordered it on the gealthkart mobile app for android. The money was debited but after few hours i had cancelled the order and they said that money would be refunded in next 10 working days but till now i have not got any refund in my account. The customer care executive who answered my call was santosh kumar. Now i want my money back instantly otherwise i would be approaching to file a serious complaint against healthkart. My order id was HKA[protected]. My name is divyansh deep and contact number is [protected]. They gave me a reference number saying that my money was refunded but when i updated my passbook from my bank none of the entries where present regarding the refund no money is received. .

I bought musleblaze whay protien 2 kg 2 times. And hk gives hk cash 81 rs. but after delivered shipment, I don't receive hk case. Please help or given me hk case. Then i shopping in future for my benefit.. Thanks
