[Resolved] Healthkart — On serious mass 12 lbs | |||||
I had ordered a on serious mass 12 lbs on 31st December 2016..and its 16th January 2017 i had cancelled my order on 31st December but i have not received any refunds against my cancellation. I had ordered it on the gealthkart mobile app for android. The money was debited but after few hours i had cancelled the order and they said that money would be refunded in next 10 working days but till now i have not got any refund in my account. The customer care executive who answered my call was santosh kumar. Now i want my money back instantly otherwise i would be approaching to file a serious complaint against healthkart. My order id was HKA[protected]. My name is divyansh deep and contact number is [protected]. They gave me a reference number saying that my money was refunded but when i updated my passbook from my bank none of the entries where present regarding the refund no money is received. . I have yet not received any amount of refund in my respected bank account, till date..the requested time by your company of 24 to 48 hrs. Is also over now. And there is no action been taken. So would you all please tell me how would i get my money back?

I bought musleblaze whay protien 2 kg 2 times. And hk gives hk cash 81 rs. but after delivered shipment, I don't receive hk case. Please help or given me hk case. Then i shopping in future for my benefit.. Thanks
