[Resolved] Healthkart — Order getting delayed pls cancel my order | |
My order is delayed 6 days from the date of expected delivery date and i have paid my order and there was no information about my order. My order I'd is :HKM[protected] so please make sure my order deliver as soon as possible otherwise refund my money i have written to healthkart but they are not answering and i also called them but they didn't take any further steps so please make sure that my order is delivered as soon as possible. Also they are neither replying nor give any notification about my order

Verified Support Nov 13, 2021 HealthKart Customer Care's response Dear Dhinesh, We regret the inconvenience caused. As per the follow up with our team dated Nov 12, 2021 & Nov 13, 2021, we have forwarded your order cancellation request to our delivery partner and shall try to get the order returned back within 24 business hours. Once order status is changed as "Returned" we'll initiate a refund which would reflect back to the source within 7 -10 business days. Meanwhile, we request you not to obtain the product, If you receive any call from our courier team/individual for product delivery. Your cooperation in the interim is highly appreciated.
