I placed an order on 1st March 2021, it showed the delivery date as 8th of March which is today, when I tried tracking the delivery status it is showing as delayed. My registered mobile number is - [protected]
I also subscribed for a premium membership, is this acceptable service for your premium members?
This is unacceptable, I waited 8 days to get a delivery and suddenly on the day of delivery your website is showing that the delay of another 8 days, expected delivery as 16th March and I was not even informed by you or your delivery partner.
If I don’t get a delivery of this product in next couple of day then I would be forced to cancel my order and request a full refund. Was this information helpful? |
