[Resolved] Healthkart — payment not received | |
I ordered Opti-men 240 pills a sum of rupees 3970 on the 14/8 and payed through Tez. Money was debited from my bank ( successful on tez) but the payment failed on Healthkart. I called and made a complaint. They told me to wait for 7 - 10 working days. It has been 10 days now and So far the money hasn't returned. Please return the money as fast as possible. As per telephonic conversation with one of our executives' we would request you to wait for 7-10 working days from the transaction date (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays). Even if after that the amount is not refunded back into your account then we would request you to please provide us your bank statement from[protected] to 31st August 2018 so that we can escalate the same to our accounts department. I had purchased this, this product having too much bad smell like it was expired.
Even it was not soluble in water
So much bad smell coming in this product.
Please help me, I buyer it from healthkart
