Healthkart — Product delivery delay by 3 working days | |||||
The complaint is in regards of misleading delivery date given by health kart as the assured date was 5 march 2021 however the delivery is yet not completed as of on 07 march 2021. I tried to call the delivery agent and my call was answered on the 9th call. The delivery as stated on the notification message i received was said to be completed on the 7th march 2021 however the agent said that it will be done on the 8 march 2021. The application stated that it will be done on the 05 march 2021 however it is yet not done as of on 07 march 2021. I have also attached the relevant screenshot for the referance.
