Healthkart — Received damaged product. Health karta refuses to replace/return.

I ordered myprotein whey supplement from healthkart, and received damaged product. The my protein carton had what most probably are small holes due to steppler pins made during delivery. When I opened the box the protein was spilled all over. Called customer service, which after delaying for 4 days say that they won’t replace/return since the carton was delivered by “due diligence” from their side. Instead, they had the audacity to pin the mistake on me, saying that I must’ve torn it open by mistake. Worst customer service ever. I still have the video from the surveillance cam from my home of opening the product. Still nothing. Won’t order from healthkart ever again, and will pass on the video to friends in my gym to dissuade them from ordering from this service ever again. Power of social media I guess.

I already have written and called customer support. Even after sending images of the torn carton, customer support refused to replace the product. Instead they said that it must’ve been torn while I was opening the bag, which is impossible given how much of the protein powder was spilled inside the box. It’s clear that the carton was torn somewhere during delivery as the small tears on the carton is from a stapler pin, which is used by delivery to stick the bill on the box. I could smell the protein as soon as I opened the box, so even if the carton left the delivery warehouse intact, it most probably was leaking for at least 2-4 days. All of this I have described, with relevant pictures of the carton and the cardboard box, to customer service. And healthkart has refused to replace my order, with the call person still telling me it’s my fault. Yeah I wouldn’t deal with this again. You could tell from the way they talked that they were not listening to my concerns. They’re probably told to not take any returns. Worst service. Not gonna recommend this to anyone ever again.
