Healthkart — Received damaged product. Health karta refuses to replace/return. | |
I ordered myprotein whey supplement from healthkart, and received damaged product. The my protein carton had what most probably are small holes due to steppler pins made during delivery. When I opened the box the protein was spilled all over. Called customer service, which after delaying for 4 days say that they won’t replace/return since the carton was delivered by “due diligence” from their side. Instead, they had the audacity to pin the mistake on me, saying that I must’ve torn it open by mistake. Worst customer service ever. I still have the video from the surveillance cam from my home of opening the product. Still nothing. Won’t order from healthkart ever again, and will pass on the video to friends in my gym to dissuade them from ordering from this service ever again. Power of social media I guess.
