[Resolved] Healthkart — Regarding Money Refund or Place the Order

I Ordered Muscle blaze weight gainer 6.6lb chocolate flavour on 10dec 2021 when I paid through paytm UPI method amount is 2249 INR my money is debited but order not placed in healthkart app they still showing my order in Cart
To it's almost 12 days but i didn't recieve any refund or any order, i talked to my Bank also they are saying from our end Amount is sended to the merchant but when i call to healthkart app customer care they said that we don't receive any amount. So i request you to kindly please Resolve my issue as soon as Possible.
