Hi, i am yash mamgain i have canceled my ordered on healthkart for which i paid(₹2, 947) on 7 october, it's 21 october today and i haven't received my refund yet, when it says it usually takes 7-14 days to get refund, i had sent email to them complaining about this on 20 oct as i was concerned i haven't received my money, for which they reply on 21oct at 6:17pm that, "
This is with reference to your e-mail dated Oct 20, 2021.
We wish to inform you that while cancelling the Order #HKM[protected] from your end, since you opted refund mode as "Reward Points" thus, we have credited the same in your HK Cash section, same can be checked via logging into your HK account.
P.S. - HK Cash reflects in your HK a/c within 24 business hours. Also, once refund is processed in the form of HK cash then cannot be credited back to the source.

Now first of all i didn't go for healthkart "reward points" i want my money on my bank account. there is only a option for cancelling order and reason for cancelling your order, i want my money back on my bank account and i think they cannot do that what kind of scam is this i cannot get my money back only i can use them to purchase from healthkart. this is not good way of doing business. if this doesn't help i will surely go for legal actions against the company i am a middle class man who fights for his rights
