Healthkart — Regarding my refund | |||
Hi, i am yash mamgain i have canceled my ordered on healthkart for which i paid(₹2, 947) on 7 october, it's 21 october today and i haven't received my refund yet, when it says it usually takes 7-14 days to get refund, i had sent email to them complaining about this on 20 oct as i was concerned i haven't received my money, for which they reply on 21oct at 6:17pm that, " This is with reference to your e-mail dated Oct 20, 2021. We wish to inform you that while cancelling the Order #HKM[protected] from your end, since you opted refund mode as "Reward Points" thus, we have credited the same in your HK Cash section, same can be checked via logging into your HK account. P.S. - HK Cash reflects in your HK a/c within 24 business hours. Also, once refund is processed in the form of HK cash then cannot be credited back to the source. Please contact us in case of any query or clarification, or if you require further assistance. Assuring you of our best service always. Yours Sincerely Richa Customer Service Team Healthkart Now first of all i didn't go for healthkart "reward points" i want my money on my bank account. there is only a option for cancelling order and reason for cancelling your order, i want my money back on my bank account and i think they cannot do that what kind of scam is this i cannot get my money back only i can use them to purchase from healthkart. this is not good way of doing business. if this doesn't help i will surely go for legal actions against the company i am a middle class man who fights for his rights Was this information helpful? | |||
HealthKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 22, 2021 HealthKart Customer Care's response Dear Yash, We understand, but we would like to update you that Order #HKM[protected] shows cancelled from your end on Oct 7, 2021 and since the payment mode was opted as "Reward Points" thus, we credited the refund in the same mode & team replied to your email accordingly. However, as an exception we have forwarded the request to our finance department and they will initiate the refund within 24 -48 working hours of Rs 2947. Once refund will be initiated the same would reflect within 7 -10 working days in your bank account. We request you to liaise with your service provider source to check the credit status.
